Erna who was the housekeeper was amazing. She was kind enough to make us breakfast both the morning's we were there including the day we needed to check out. She went out of her way to come in the morning to cook us a quick breakfast. Thank you Erna. We also had excelent communication from the hosts with regards to what to expect from the area near the villa.

Nothing that stood out. We could hear music from the bar on the main road, but we were aware of that and didn't really mind it.

The place is right in the heart of seminyak Everything was close by … eating joints clubs shopping . Staff was extremely nice and helpful

perfect size for 4 people, walking distance to everywhere, the staff were amazing.

payment was complicated, a strange link and many many requests to enter my bank information into a third party website was off putting. I don’t know why I could not pay on booking. The staff had to call the manager to bring the card reader and take my credit info there. they did not seem prepared. waaay too many mosquitoes, they have a mosquito problem that needs to be fixed ASAP the neighbours were loud, karaoke until 4am

staff was very helpful, good attitude and patient.
