Location close to our business conference

Apartment 1 shared a common balcony with main kitchen/balcony area and as such we were woken up every night at 2am by guests smoking and talking loudly. Kathroom ceiling was leaking.

think it is important that the ash trays on the shared balcony are emptied. for non-smoking hotel that are disgusting! would have told staff when I checked out but no one around!

Great location for a concert at the SFS. Great value

Little rough around the edges but on par with the price

upon entry the staff were friendly and welcoming, and guided us to our rooms. it is a lovely addition that there is a breakfast area in the common area where guests are allowed to use the supplied cereal, milk, juice and bowls/cutlery to make breakfast without hassle. the staff also informed us of a deal with the below bar where the bar would provide 1 free drink per night, and 10% discount on all food and beverages. they also offered to create barista made coffee for all guests upon request the beds were comfy and the aircon was cool.

The room we stayed in was clean and tidy, however there were damages in the shower. the hot water system didn't work on the first night, and we were only able to get it working the second night by running hot water in the faucet at the same time as the shower. the aircon was positioned directly over the main bed and dripped water on us a few times. The most frustrating part of this accommodation was the bar below. on our first night we ordered dinner there. Our order was 2 alcoholic drinks (part of the free deal) and a chicken schnitzel and chicken parmesan. when paying I noticed the waiter had added in the amount for the free drinks, and not applied the 10% discount despite us asking to use it. from there it appeared the wait staff didn't know how to apply the discount, or that he had to apply it manually and was struggling to do the math. the eventual total he provided was still not the correct amount I calculated myself but I was too tired to argue the point further. when the staff brought out our food they had the order wrong and gave two schnitzels.

Nice bed. Lovely staff. Cereal was very useful for our toddler.

Carpet and bathroom looked grotty without necessarily being unclean - more decor related and the knowledge that that decor can't be that clean.

We only had contact with the one front desk staff, he was great, helpful, happy, efficient.

I'm not much of a 'didn't' like kind of person, you'd have to put me on the ground out on the street to upset me, but it is worth noting that the hotel is undergoing a bit of renovation/change, and really at this price we should have been walking into a polished/finished experience. It would have been nice to have received a discounted rate.

The staff was great and friendly. The room was nicely furnished and clean.

The bathroom was a little bit dated but very clean!

The location to the city, central train station and easy walking to restaurants and cafes were very convenient.

Not finding the Chinese restaurant sooner.

Room was big enough. Staff were very friendly. Complimentary bottles of water. Some Room service available.

Shower wasn't thoroughly cleaned before us. Pubs, hair & residue of purple shampoo on the shower walls. Hot water must be shared with other rooms. No face washers supplied. Toilet seat doesn't fully fit the toilet bowl. No parking.

Perfect location for a quick trip to the city to see a performance at Allianz stadium Free breakfast was an unexpected bonus!

Shower tiles are showing their age but the water was warm and it did the job well.

Very nice renovations. Surprisingly keeps the traffic noice out well. Nice communal kitchen area to make coffee. Will definitely stay here again.

Check with staff re included breakfast - were told that a cafe across the road would send a bill to the hotel for what we order. However only 1 x free pastry from the cafe is included, plus 15% discount on other purchases. Other then that, the cafe was lovely!

The size of the room was good but advertised more like a hotel than a room above a pub. Beds were comfortable and when approached bar staff for assistance they were friendly and helpful.

The toilet roll holder was hanging out of the wall and close to falling off. Toilet seat was detached entirely, my elderly father in law nearly fell off completely. Was able to locate staff during appropriate hours to assist. Sheets had a few stains/marks on them. The air conditioner temp could not be adjusted and the room was extremely stuffy.
