Fantastic location and staff - great value for central Sydney

Very good location if you need to be close to Central Station. Friendly helpful staff.

Location

Was very noisy in the mornings but I understand room service had to do their job. Could also hear noise from other rooms.

No breakfast in the usual sense. Fruit, snacks, tea and coffee available.

A better range of options would be good

Excellent room on the quiet 6th floor. Room was more than spacious enough for our needs. Hotel is in a great location being in close proximity to Central Railway Station, Sydney Light Rail and the new Metro once it becomes operational in the very near future.

Breakfast is very minimal but is sufficient.

Needed to be close to the train station and within walking distance to the Australian Museum Sydney as I was attending an exhibition. There were also eating establishments and places to obtain grocery items if required. They had complimentary coffee/tea available 24/7. If you wanted hot chocolate you asked at the front desk. The TV was a good size. Two chairs to sit on if you did not want to sit on the bed to watch TV.

I found the speakers of the TV to be muffled.

I really like the staff there. Even though it was my first time, the service and kindness of the staff member checking me in and out were both lovely. Also the facility and bed were amazing for my one night stay.

The only down side I had with the room was the shower curtain part of the shower. It kind of limited me from using the toilet if I were to use the shower.

The location was very accessible to Central Railway Station. The complimentary fruit was an added bonus. I opted not to take up the offer of the free breakfast items but they looked fine.

There was no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. I stayed in a twin room with a friend. The bathroom door was at the head of the single bed, and did not offer a lot of privacy. The only window in the room was high above the bathroom sink, which gave the room a 'closet' feel.

Excellent location for public transport, modern and stylish rooms... with lovely friendly and professional staff. The cleaning staff not only do excellent work, they say hello and wish you a good day. Been travelling annually to Sydney for a couple of decades and have almost stayed everywhere, this is one of just 3 that I will definitely return to!

My first room had a blocked bathroom sink. The hotel manager upgraded my room and upon my return a handwritten note with chocolates. Exceptional customer service!

Apart from the blocked sink, The first room was very depressing. The bathroom looked down onto a dirty outdoor void area. The bed was squished between the bathroom and a large pole feeling very claustrophobic. The room also felt dirty perhaps dated?

If you are over 6 foot then be prepared to have your feet dangling over the edge of the bed. The beds are not made for anybody who is reasonably tall. I really wanted to like this hotel as everything else aside from the bed was great. Good value and the staff were great (helpful in the morning getting coffee) - just can't stay there because it isn't comfortable if you are tall. If you're also two people in this bed then you need to make sure that neither of you are rugby player build because only one of you will fit.

Service was incredible and a late check-out was allowed because we arrived late. Thank you. Wonderful ambience and vibe! The disco lift with music was fabulous!

The water leaked from the shower. The bar fridge was unplugged and once plugged in we realised it was more like a 'cooler', similar to what the Ovolo hotel chain use. No coffee or tea facilities in the room.

The customer service was amazing! Awesome breaky bar, I grabbed some to go on my super early check out. The room was spacious and great value for money.

I couldn’t get the aircon working, but I didn’t call reception to sort it out.. which I should have done.

Good central location near pubs and restaurants just up the hill. Clean facilities and good staff

Sliding glass bathroom door wasn't a hit with us.
