The beach and restaurant were nice

It was old and run down, the room smelt musty. I wanted to change my booking nights and ended up paying double which was frustrating.

L’hôtel était correct. Piscine incroyable, très grande. Le personnel était très serviable et sympathique. Tres bon petit déjeuner. Varié avec salé et sucré. Le restaurant dans l’hôtel était très abordable. Cuisine européenne comme local, très bon et possibilité de se faire servir au bord de la piscine ou dans la chambre. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel si votre principale intérêt et de rester à l’hôtel pour se reposer.

La localisation. Les plages de ce côté de l’île sont extrêmement sales et pleine d’algues. Pas vraiment la faute de l’hôtel étant donné que les hôtels luxueux à côté ont le même problème.

Pool great Room great breakfast good

Great place to relax and unwind. Beautiful pool and nice beachfront.

Service, television.

The aircon was leaking when we got there. The bathroom fan wasn't working. The bathroom is extremely small. No Kimono. The bedding is extremely outdated, looks like from the sixties in a horror movie (Psycho). I had asked for the beds to be seperated, as I initially booked this trip for my mom and I, but she had since passed away and needed to amend the booking. Beds were not split as requested and confirmed that my request was received. The Chef at breakfast struggles with English, so the eggs were never done as requested. The pool water was very warm, counteracting the reason for a pool, to cool down. No activity at the hotel itself. Had to go to neighbouring hotels for a special supper or live music. Not sure why the pools close for the night. Sometimes the best time to swim is at night when the sun isn't so harsh.

Staff is very friendly and courteous. They upgraded our stay and the pool side side view was superb. Very nice stay. Close to beach. Enjoyed our morning and evening beach side walk. Breakfast was amazing with lot of options.

The hotel looks old and a bit ghosted. The room looks much older than the picture. Room smell a bit funny if no AC. The worse wifi hotel I have experienced.

Fabulous resort , huge comfy bed , pool was amazing !!! Buffet breakfast changed daily .

Wind blowing broken roof door during the night.After 2 hours listening to it I went to find it and fixed it.

The pool, the service and staff friendly and helpful, the food was good.

When booking on booking.com it stated the property was in Nusa Dua but it is not. Nusa dua is 3klm away.

Location. Pool area.

No room service. Little out dated. Shower didn’t drain properly.

Very noisy we couldn’t sleep, towels were disgusting old and rough, few chairs around swimming pool and all were full whenever we went for swim also I couldn’t find any towels for pool , shampoo , body wash and hand wash wasn’t full at the arrival all of them were half , wasn’t same as pictures

The smell in room coming through the exhaust at times. Sometimes the smell was outside.

Rooms are not clean, the towels, napkins, beverages wasn’t provided as needed or they just forgotten sometimes. The beach was unclean and unable to swim due to seaweed. It wasn’t 5 star hotel as provided.

Best value for money beachfront hotel

No ramp from lobby to the hotel lift so you should carry your luggage few stair steps. When your luggage so heavy, it might annoying

Breakfast was good enough for the family. Good variations over the 4 days we were staying there. The wifi was good enough for our use. And the coverage was sufficiently wide.
