We were very disappointed with the hotel. The two main issues were the attitude of the person who worked behind reception during the day (in particular an inability / unwillingness to help) and the general cleanliness / condition of the bedroom (one example being the live cockroach we found in the sink on arrival). My only suggestion is that if you have an alternative DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL. It was easily the worst establishment we frequented during the month we spent in India.

This hotel is a SCAM nothing to like about this hotel, the staffs are rude and don’t guest, NEVER choose this hotel for stay. Even after mentioned DO not disturb they come and clean the room, no value of customer privacy.

The night hotel front desk staff is so rude, they don’t even respect guest they treat as if they paid us for doing their work, weirdest and worst customer service ever, the room is very tiny compare to what they advertise and the bathroom is worse, when shower, no sliding door or anything all water goes everywhere. The fridge don’t give cold even after putting the water and soft drink for hours, this hotel is a SCAM not at all satisfied, they don’t respect guest requests or any sort of concerns. WORST Decision even to choose this hotel. Even after mentioned DO not disturb they come and clean the room, no value of customer privacy.

The location is good in the price range. It's too close to the gateway of india. Staff is very friendly. Clean rooms.

Good hotel to stay near colaba.

Price

We asked for a room with a main road view and on request they upgraded the room type and road side view. Location was spectacular. Breakfast had a lot of options.
