Food amazing service just top!!!

Nice place but impossible to have a drink without get yourself cover into smoke. Never seen a place where is possible to smoke everywhere. Compare to others FS, this one staff barely say good morning to you.

Breakfast is very good, only place smoking free

Very convenient and central location, with most attractions a short drive away. The building and reception area are nice and well-serviced. The staff members are extremely polite and friendly, despite the quality of service not being that which is typical of a Four Seasons hotel.

Although a suitably nice hotel, this location fell short of the Four Seasons standards we are used to experiencing in other locations. The rooms felt a bit old and outdated (the bathrooms especially could use a refurb). We had to make multiple requests for the room to be made up one day (even after asking for that at the front desk on our way out that morning, only to return later in the afternoon and find the room unserviced). The receptionists accidentally checked us out two nights early (which meant we had to recollect key cards the following two nights, because the ones we had kept being disabled), and then mistakenly charged us twice for the same booking. They were very apologetic, but nothing else was offered to make up for the inconvenience. Upon check out, we asked for our luggage to be stored until our car to the airport was due to arrive a few hours later; we were then surprised to see that our suitcases were essentially left outside the main entrance, under the sun, the whole time! Again, when we raised this issue, the only thing the concierge team did was apologize (they didn’t even verify if the suitcases were ours, and just let us take them and leave with no questions asked). The bellboys (although standing outside the entrance at all times) did not offer or rush to open car doors. Staff members were very polite the whole time, but unfortunately the quality of service was rather disappointing.
