Luxurious room (Legacy Suite was beautiful - I loved the artwork by local artists); complimentary high tea is a must do!; breakfast was the best we've had at a hotel. Staff were extremely attentive. Location is excellent- walking distance to Greenbelt and Glorietta malls.

The large room- suite. Seperate lounge and tv area as well as a dining area away from the bedroom area. Large bathroom. Early check in was organised.

Poor water pressure from the shower head. The water saving shower head design was barely felt on the skin.

The service from reception to bedroom staff was exceptional. The room was very clean and room service w as prompt. I was surprisingly delighted when staff brought my afternoon tea up to my room when I couldn't go down to the lounge because of a Zoom mtg in my room.

There was a bit of a crowd during breakfast so replenishment of the spread was a bit slow. Also, the buffet spread could do with more choice of food. I do not really prefer a buffet breakfast but was told too late about the other option on the other floor. In any case, I hope to visit again and try that out.
