It was nice and the basics were all met. Cleanliness is 2 thumbs up. Staff are great. They are friendly and accommodating. Location is close to fastfood centre and servo.
No toilet in the reception because we are not allowed to check-in early and I need the toilet because it was a long drive from Brisbane Airport. The staff has advised to go to the servo for the toilet.

Room with sunlight. Had to stay a week and didn’t feel boxed in. Clean. Housekeeping visited everyday. Lots of bench and cupboard space.
Got a bad remote control for TV. Were doing some painting so owner was there keeping tabs. Had to move car out of way but didn’t really bother me. New paint job looks good.

Outside light shines into bedroom around the blinds. Shower has a leak onto the floor along the wall near toilet door.

The room was larger than what we thought it was going to be, the beds were so comfortable, great bbq area, the room also had ceilings fans and air-conditioning, our room was extremely cool and comfortable, block out curtains for a great night sleep, couldn't fault this place at all, has a great little kitchenette area,kettle microwave, plates, cutlery etc,
I cant fault this place at all, awesome prices,friendly staff, comfortable beds, fresh clean linen and towels, and awesome views of the range.

The location is closed to shopping and CBD. It has onsite parking. Staffs are helpful and friendly.
There is a very poor mobile reception. Room is odour when open the door on the first day. There are cockroaches in the room. The microwave was rust and not in a usable condition (we requested to replacement, they did replace it for us). The curtains are not closed to the windows and slide doors , so people can see the room through the gap of the curtains. The TV remote has crack and TV has hairline on the screen when turned on.

they staff member went out of his way to make our stay possible. we were late getting in due to car troubles. which was no problem for him at all. such a great experience that could have been a problem but wasn’t.

Kids liked the pool. Was sufficient for budget accommodation. Good water pressure in the shower.
Cockroaches in the tea/coffee area.
