Excellent centrally located 5* hotel in Tirana, beautiful spacious bedrooms, lovely rooftop restaurant and the massage was the best ever at the inhouse great Spa!

Breakfast was excellent with much choice but they need to display ingredients as not good for those with nut allergy

Very far from 5 star standards. 1. Vallet parking: I missed a meeting as they could not bring my car in time (they asked me to tell them 10 minutes before, I told them 30 minutes before and they still were 20 minutes late). 2. Spa: dangerously slippery, the staff is not sweeping the floors 3. Food: I had to send the steak back as overcooked, they argued (!!!) and finally bought me a new one which was a nearly raw version. My wife was served not what she ordered, when we asked why the answer was they did not have what she ordered. Breakfast: the hot sausages and the eggs were cold. The last day I got very sick 1 hour after breakfast. I told them that I needed a later check out and they should bring me a water and a banana and a coke (the latter two are well-known cures…). Room service showed up with 1 water. He said they have no banana - if you are a 5 star hotel and your guest is sick, you send your doorman to the shop 30 meters away (!!!!) and get him a banana. 10 minutes later I got a call reminding me that if I did not check out soon they will charge me another night - I said fine as I was not in a mood to argue that their breakfast made me sick…. 1 hour later I got another call urging me to pay for the extra night - this was when I started shouting and sent them to hell

We booked this as a treat at the end of our holiday. Everything was excellent from start to finish. We got massages which I’d highly recommend!

La vue de la chambre et de la douche n’est pas très jolie, les jets du spa et le jaccuzi ne fonctionnait pas, pas d’emplacement ou se garer et il n’y avait pas Netflix ou n’importe quelle plateforme de streaming sur la télé

Esteticamente molto bello, spa inclusa molto suggestiva, ottima colazione inclusa e posizione centrale e tranquilla. Rooftop molto carino.

Considerato il rapporto qualità/prezzo di Tirana e la presentazione dell’Hotel sia su Booking che esternamente dal vivo, mi sarei aspettato qualcosa in più dalla camera, un po’ vecchiotta e con una vista praticamente nulla. Per gli standard di Tirana il prezzo della camera è medio-alto e di conseguenza le aspettative da rispettare sono alte.
