The location could not have been better, it is right in the centre but on a relatively quiet street. The staff is super friendly and the breakfast is really good :) The rooms are not very big, but they are comfortable and clean. We had a lovely stay!

A lovely hotel, well located near Skanderbeg square. Staff was extremely friendly and competent. Special thanks to Valbona for her kindness. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of fresh and local products. The beds are very comfortable. Everything was nice and clean. The hotel lobby is very pleasant with a bit Magritte mural.

The only minus was that the sauna and turkish bath were closed due to the energy crisis. I had actually chosen this hotel because of the spa facilities. A nice compromise would be to open the facilities one evening a week, instead of closing them altogether. That would also cut back on energy costs while still allowing the guests to make use of the facilities. And it would be good to advertise the fact that the facilities are closed on the website and on booking, so that customer can make an informed choice.

Staff are very polite and helpful especially Elsa and Gerando. The hotel is in excellent location definitely I am coming back again.
