Food was disgusting, staff not very helpful, too much distance between activities, couldn’t go bowling till 23.00 and not a full set of skittles there. Sister and brother not allowed to stay in the same room and had to have my niece doss down on my bedroom floor, no privacy for us, if I wanted to stay in those conditions I would have booked a hostel.

Nous avons passé dix jours dans cet hôtel avec nos deux enfants en bas âges. Le personnel est au petit soin à n'importe quelle heure de la journée. Un grand merci en particulier à Mr Junaid et son équipe qui nous ont beaucoup aidé pour la SIM local, pour le transport. Le restaurant est aussi très bon, ils font des plats adaptés selon les besoins du client et c'est un vrai plus pour les enfants.

Maybe that you have to walk across long distances, but i guess thats the fun part as well.

We had a 2 nights family getaway at dreamworld and also booked their Chalet for our stay. Our chalet coordinator Sadia Khan was very courteous and helpful. She contacted us via whatsapp immediately after we checked-in and was in continuous contact throughout our stay. All help was just a message away to Sadia Khan. The resort offers amazing activities for all age groups and their water activities are by far the best in town. The resort also offers a number of restaurants with a wide range of Pakistani and Continental cuisine. Highly recommended if you want to have a memorable getaway with your family and loved ones.

The resort is big and walk from chalet to one facility and another gets very tiring. Specially in summers during the day under scorching sun. It would be great if the resort offered some kind of internal commute shuttle or at least bicycles etc from one facility to another.

Their Services. The breakfast, they don't have proper facilities like the warm water in the bathroom plus i booked room no.2 but they gave me room no.3. Hence it is not good in this price.
