Well placed, easy travel to town. But peaceful location.
Shame no restaurant on site - some cabinet food.

Beautiful location, quiet.
They really should not advertise "breakfast included" as a little box of cereal, two pieces of bread, canned peaches etc. don't really qualify. Also, there wasn't a real air-conditioning unit available and no screens on the door so it was very hot. There was a fan which was supposed to cool the room...but it did not.

Location, Facility & Service was excellent. Continental Breakfast was provided which was good. Really enjoyed the 9-hole course included in the accommodation. Staff were very helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend to others and visit again. Thank you
Would be nice if Bar snacks & Meals were available. But Kaikoura Town is only few minutes away, so no hassle.

Great Communication from the manager,I woke up the next morning to an Awesome view of the 9th green with sea views in the distance.Very friendly and accomodating staff.
I arrived late and in the evening - winter and it was a little dark and felt a tad isolated.But in saying that everything else was excellent!

The View and the property was lovely. Very nice place to pop in and play a round of golf while traveling back to the North Island. Only 2 hours to Picton for the Ferry.
Breakfast was pretty basic. But free or included in price so cant complain.

Room was great, nice having the table & chairs outside the room to relax at night.
Staff were very helpful and friendly, ... made you feel very welcome.
When I booked it said 'Breakfast included', .... but this ended up being 2 packets of cereal & some Vogels bread with butter and jams ??
When you read breakfast included in a hotels description, you expect a cooked / continental breakfast as this is what it normally is, ... on the website it should be more specific and say bread & condiments are provided & stipulate that the resort doesn't have a kitchen so no meals are provided.
Just need to have clearer messaging.

The setting was fantastic. Worth arising early to see the sun rise. 9 or 18 holes of golf perfect.

The views are incredible! Super comfy bed. Lovely huge shower. 5 min drive to town.
I couldn’t use ironing board because the legs were too short & the bench to sit it on was too high. Minor issue.

This is a beautifully presented resort with amazing hosts! The view from the rooms and bar is over a stunning golf course out to an beautiful sea view . Everything is presented at an excellent standard.
