One of the nicest hotels in my 4 month of travelling in Asia. The staff were all fantastic and very helpful.

Clean with good amenities, central to markets and restaurants.

Rambutan hotel has amazing service and great food(try their tom yam or curry!). The rooms are clean and spacious, they are very environmentally friendly. I love the reusable bottles and water refill station! Excellent location, close to everything you might need in Phnom Penh!

The Rambutan Resort is an oasis of peace in bustling Phnom Penh. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable. I enjoyed the amenities offered (i.e., pool, balcony bathtub) and had a wonderful stay.

Several flights of stairs to climb ! Bring your own jam for breakfast - two days in a row no jam available and no-one empowered to go to the grocery store and buy some!

Ambience. Proximity to the city - if you love walking, nearly every tourist place of interest is walkable, weather permitting. Staff were helpful. Beautiful bathroom slippers.

Length of my stay. I hardly spent time in the hotel.

The restaurant offering where a little average both in menu options and taste but there are so many places to eat nearby that it didn't affect my stay

the city is Asian chaotic, which means bursting with energy. Rambutan was a haven of calm and quality.

the AC unit has in my room was very finicky. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn’t. the staff tried repeatedly to normalize the performance, even offering no a room change. we know what a pain that is.

The staff really make this place, they are friendly and helpful, and cannot do enough for you. The room was big and clean, the bed comfortable, the shower perfect. I was especially grateful for their use of 'Western grade' meat in dishes, you don't appreciate the quality of chicken that you can just eat, until you go out and eat like a local and have to pull off bits of skin and bone. At the Rambutan their food is exceptional by comparison, no nasty bits, you can eat it all and it is delicious. Oh and the pool is a little oasis in the centre of the city - divine.

That I had to come home after 12 days... never long enough!
