The room was very comfortable, 2 chairs, desk, and 2 more chairs and table on balcony great room. the pool was fantastic on the roof with a great view overlooking the Tonle Sap river and bar service from the rooftop bar. Great service, great views of the city, and great location.

There was renovations happening on the first floor, some days a little bit of noise, but nothing really to complain about.

I reserved room with River view. But i got room with city view only as they said rooms are under renovation.

checking in was brutal! the young man didn’t know what he was doing. took 20 minutes to register. he kept on giving me wrong reservations of different people. The security guy out front tells police that our car is owned by Barang. Car got towed away . hotel did not tell me to move car. I was parked out front of hotel where security guy tells me to park. when police heard that it was barang driver they made the tow Bill $200. it was a good thing that my Khmer brother in law who is owner of car went and retrieve the car from police and they charged him $40.00. pretty bad when security of hotel tells police that it’s Barang driver so that they all get some extra cash!!

The hotel is located in a very lively location on street 130 next to the Riverside. It’s convenient for food and entertainment day and night. The staff are very helpful and made many helpful suggestions. The room was large and clean with a fourth floor balcony view of the street below and the river to the right. The room was cleaned every day on request with water, coffee, towels and toiletries provided. The bathroom is a wet room and the water is nice and warm if you wait a little. Very convenient for inexpensive restaurants and markets nearby. My second stay as it’s great value for money.

The pool and sky and sky bar were closed due to Covid restrictions and renovations. They will be reopening later in January 2022. The street below is often noisy but this is a lively area so not for peace and quiet. There were some maintenance works on at the time of my stay over Christmas but these should be finished early January. The TV doesn’t work so hope this will change
