The resort is a calming oasis, and the staff is welcoming and go above and beyond to make guest feel comfortable. A perfect place to relax.

I requested an hour extension for my checkout since I got sick. They said they couldn't accommodate, however, I saw them accomodate a couple with an early check in!

It is a very lovely place. The pool area, the scenery and the lights, is sublime and dreamy at night. We enjoyed just soaking in that pool. The staff were very attentive and trying to provide what is asked. The toilet bowl stopped working but it was fixed during the time we went out. Each unit is on its own, which makes it feel quite private. The breakfast is a nice spread. we liked Nasi Goreng and Mee Goreng. Since we went with our own taxi on the way in, a ride to the airport was provided, which saved a lot of trouble. In house massage is convenient.

I don't think this is really the fault of the resort, but the format is all the units are designed to face one common pool. If neighbour's children really enjoy using the pool area, their excitement will be at your earshot all along the session. There is no escape even if the doors/curtains are shut. Of course the children are the future and one should teach them well and let the lead the way etc but... If the children at the pool happen to be very energetic, it can last a few hours and you might have to plan an unplanned outing. Breakfast: it would be great if there are more grain bread than pastries in the continental and frozen mango in the fruit bowl (forgot the name) is a bit too cold for breakfast.

Excellent resort with Excellent services and Food. Owner and Team were Fabulous. We enjoyed private garden with great atmosphere and food served directly in front of our house. Swimming pool Fabulous

We love everything about the Klumpu Resort, we have stayed here several times and each time it gets better and better! We like that it’s a small resort, the attention to detail and the wonderful staff. We will return again I’m sure 😊

There is nothing not to like about the resort itself. I think maybe it could be better signposted for transport to find it from the main road as the drivers have always had difficulty in the past.

The best services you will find in Bali. Everything from being greeted to the additional add-on's for free. Recommend highly to stay here.

We used Klumpu Resort as a base for returning from the Gili Islands and flying out of Bali the following day. - Check in was smooth and easy with welcome drinks and frozen towels on arrival - Room was amazing, spacious with a gorgeous bathroom and the comfiest bed of our whole trip - We had dinner at the hotel which was delicious, we’d especially recommend the Klumpu burgers which surpassed expectations - Pool area was lovely with towels provided - Breakfast brought to our room was fabulous, we had the English breakfast which I would recommend - Shuttles to the airport provided by the hotel - Minibar with reasonable prices - Free bikes to explore the local area - Helpful and welcoming staff - Lots of amenities provided, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, fresh fruit, night time water & chocolate - Filtered chilled water cooler was a great addition to the room as well! We will be recommending to friends and family!
