The Fijian people are the friendliest people on earth. At Sheraton Denarau this is no exception. The staff were top level, friendly, courteous, professional and happy. The service was impeccable. The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. Housekeeping do a wonderful job. The pools are awesome and poolside staff are always friendly and obliging. We have never experienced such an amazing array of breakfast foods at the buffet. The buffet was outstandingly excellent. This was truely one of the best holidays we have ever had. We will certainly return.

The facilities were great. The villas are amazing for families. We loved the pool side villas. The staff were also so good to deal with and for our 3 kids. I highly recommend and would love to return. Food was great.

Staff very helpful and warm towards kids in particular. The kids loved the evening dance.
Took ages to check in. Also I had booked a half board rate for all 5 days but was told that we had dinner included on one day. Then I had to show them my booking and lady at check in asked me to e mail it to her!!
The high chairs in main restaurant have no restraining belts and locks! So no point for kids 2 and under! Also not enough fans. Very hot in main restaurant.
A common tip box would have been great as it is impossible to reward all who made our stay memorable without this although tipping not mandatory!

The breakfast was super good. You can eat and never go hungry again. The pool was perfect for the kids. The pool towel service was very friendly. The rooms are excellent! clean and tidy all the time.

We stayed in the villas and the large room space, in room laundry facilities, kitchen and view of the pool was incredible!
Lovely varied selection at the breakfast buffet.
Clean and tidy, with great wifi!
Kids loved the frog ponds!
We had to ask several times for our drinks at breakfast, even having to write down our order and follow it up. Not a big deal, perhaps more staff are needed.
Some cupboards didn’t close in our room, which could easily be fixed, to help the room feel less dated.

Spacious villa with 2 bathrooms, kitchen & TV area. Beautiful view of the garden from the villa. Many pools to choose from. Amazing view of the ocean. Staff were accommodating & friendly.
Buffet breakfast was the same everyday. The restaurants in the hotel were expensive. However, it is easy to walk to nearby restaurants.

The resort and all it has to offer is amazing.
The villa equipment needs to be upgraded. For the price we paid, we expected a few newer equipments. Microwave, fridge were very 1990's. No smart TV!!! No movies on demand which was really bad when you have children that go to sleep early.

For people who love resorts, this is a great place. Lots to do and lots of options in terms of eating, playing and swimming. Beds were very comfortable and the two bedroom villa was spacious.
The decks are way too small. Good only for through-breeze. If you don’t want a lounger then there’s no need to get up early, but if you want to ensure you get one, then as they say, the early bird catches the worm.

The food was excellent : main buffet breakfast, buffet dinner & also wet edge. A bit pricey but certainly very good food.

The Villas have plenty of space
the Villas are dated - could do with an upgrade. No happy hour and there are fees for the kids club
