• Private pool very cold because no sunshine gets to shine on the pool • Lower level of private pool rooms not acclimatized • Shower cabin tiny, no flexible shower hose • No soap provided • Toilet paper is kept very limited • Very dark room in general – insufficient lighting • Technical condition of room / bathroom not ideal

The staff were extremely friendly. The location is only 10 mins drive away from the airport. The beds were so so soft.

the private pools in our villa was not rlly clean. The private pools are not constantly being circulated. they get sanitized I think once week. So there are always insects in the water surface. So we didn’t swim.

although the sheets and bedroom was pretty clean, the pool was dirty and other things looked a little rusty. i asked them to clean the pool 2 times still the water was still not clear (looked a white dust particles were floating). while my friends pool was clean and room looked a little maintained than mine

Air conditioner at level 1 room no chill air, bath tub no hot water, overall cleanliness should be improved within the accommodation.

Worth every penny! I just love the view and the pool. Oh! The bath tub as well weheeeee! So much fun

The location of the hotel is good. The rooms are relatively clean, but kind of lacking maintanance after years of covid. The staffs are very friendly and breakfast is normal.

Everything was good, staff was great. Great resort location and peaceful. All facilities, like cooking utensils, microwave, kettle was there

The AC cooling was low and the toilet bidet didn't work again and again even when the staff fixed it.

Walking road from hotel to the main street is very messy and so many bikies drive very unsafly.Avoid it specially during night

The living room area was open, beside it was too hot for me we’ve been bitten by mosquitoes. so we couldn’t stay in the living room/kitchen area. The cold water in the shower of the master bathroom wasn’t working, I complain about it to the front desk but they didn’t do anything about it, so I had to take the shower in the second bathroom. Because the living room was open the outside noise was too loud.
