Bed were comfortable. Good location.

We had other accomodation which fell through and we booked this accomodation, the day we arrived. The host went out of her way to help us find a room that suited us (mobility issues), I thought she was fantastic and friendly our entire stay! Couldn't have been happier.

They accommodated a late check in. It had a comfortable bed, I could park at the door, and the shower had great pressure. Happy camper 😁

road resurfacing work outside my room for two nights. impossible to sleep. I would have expected motel to advise in advance of this and allowed alternative dates

tidyness, staff were amazing as we tried to book in early to make it on time for bay dreams festival and they managed to work around us and got us checked in earlier than usual, the staff were very friendly and just amazing all round

I hope one of the family run this business. Their customer service is nill. The lady who doesnt know how to great people. We went up as four families. When we arrived there, she gave some instructions as commanding way. when we were having breakfast and dinner she came to us time to time to give instructions like we are her school children, .Our kids did play outside arround 8 to 9 p.m as day light was there. She didn't like it and asked the kids to stop playing in a very rude way. She didn't know how to treat guests as we came far away from South. We felt like we are in a jail during our time of stay. We actually couldn't enjoy our family time at the motel because of this rude lady's very bad attitudes. I will never recommend this motel for anyone with a family. We noticed that she treated very badly for the other guests too. Very poor service and not a very clean place as we expected.

I was given a large, quiet, cool room, upstairs at the back of the property. It suited me well for trips to see relatives in Ruby Bay and Nelson.

The shared kitchen was great, but required some organisation and thinking on my behalf, as it was quite a trudge if you forgot something.

Close to everything. My bed was the only comfy one. Pillows where great. Male staff member changing all the rooms linen was awesome and helpful.

Beds not made two days in a row, sheets not changed, two of the three beds very uncomfortable. Floor not vacuumed for whole stay, which was 7 days. Milk only supplied on first day, not restocked.

Spacious well maintain room for 4 adults. Clean beddings & linen, nice quality hand wash,shampoo,body wash. Room has microwave,toaster,electric kettle,fridge,flat iron, hair blower,tv. Has a small lanai for seating outside. Room is sound-proof. Has good AC.Stayed there during summer. Has a clean, well-equipped common kitchen. Has laundry room. Has plenty of parking space. Walking distance to Pic's factory.

If the glass door is open, vehicles can be heard as it is just in the round about,but if the glass door is closed, quiet room. The shower head needs updating. Try to shampoo the carpet as some stain are visible to keep your rooms in excellent rating.

Room is big, clean. Everything else basic, sufficient.
