Great central location. nicely appointed and comfortable bed. Great kitchen facility

Could perhaps manage the car parking better. We came back mid evening to find all spaces taken bar one which had not enough room as the car had parked on the line. Clearly the person parked there was not a guest as they would have known whose car it was. Did receive a refund of a nights parking.

The cleaning not top spec- cleaned had not moved furniture so found rubbish under the chair , nail clipping in lift

The place could definitely do with some refreshing. It is getting tired and needs some deep cleaning.

In the middle of the night someone was pounding on a door trying to get inside . It went on several times and woke us up! Very unsettling!

We booked a king studio room and received a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom room

Staff could have been a bit more welcoming.
