Beds were awful, showers terrible, toilet not big enough could hardly sit down on the toilet! Pillows horrific. Breakfast was awful for £6 each. Squash had gone off and the bread was almost still dough!

The staff were very welcoming, hotel was clean, the room was clean and fresh, and the bed was pretty comfy. And the shower was great.

Could do with tea and coffee complements in the rooms

El baño es diminuto, es literalmente como meterte en un armario para hacer tus necesidades. El grifo estaba roto y se salía el agua. Faltaban enchufes y solo había un colgador para la ropa en una habitación para 3 personas..

The location was great, a short walk and in town and a Co Op shop just over the road was handy just a little expensive.

No longer free tea and coffee facilities downstairs, none in room either, one member of reception staff made us feel like anytime we asked for a tea which we had to pay £1:50 for each time was a real hassle. We also witnessed another member of staff at night working in Reception speak to a group of women quite rudely after they asked for an alcoholic beverage about 5 mins after 11pm (which is when they stop selling alcohol even though a sign said they sold food and drink for 24 hours) and when they then asked for a cup of tea and if there was anywhere they could all sit together to drink it together they were quite rudely told to take it to their rooms! Me and my partner were quite shocked. The fact that they are now charging for tea, coffee and hot chocolate (which was £3:00!) and no facilities in your room was a real pain and just added more to the cost of this supposed budget hotel. We also left on the Sunday instead of Monday at 5:30pm due to storm Isha as we were worried about getting stranded and were told it was too late for a refund for the last night which we both thought was ridiculous and they could have used their own judgement regarding us leaving early so not to get stranded. The plumbing in our room was terrible, the water in the sink would not go down for ages and the shower wouldn't stay at one temperature. We were disappointed to say the least. If you are looking for a cheap stay in cardiff then this may suit you but just be aware about the facilities and rude staff.

Per prima cosa hanno un parcheggio ma è gestito da altre società a pagamento costoso tra l’altro, oppure posteggi nell’altro hotel vicino a pagamento sempre ma nella reception in contanti. Praticamente un pizzo! Oppure l’alternativa in strada ma lontano dell’albergo e da togliere l’auto entro le 8 del mattino. E torni al pagamento 🤣🤣le porte delle stanze filtrano tutto con il corridoio e le altre stanze. Stanza moltoPiccola per essere una matrimoniale. E poi in Inghilterra si usa in stanza bicchieri e scalda acqua per farsi un caffè nescafe con latte. È un classico!

The location was convenient to central Cardiff. The room was clean and reasonably comfortable.

The rooms have no air conditioning. There are no electrical outlets near the bed or near the bathroom sink or any mirrors. The one outlet was under the television. The toilet in my room broke, and the staff told the maintenance person—in person, in front of me—to repair it. Nothing happened, and I had to listen to a toilet running all night long. The next morning the hallway outside my room was flooded and the carpet was soaked. Only then did they see fit to move me to a new room.

The staff were great. The room was super clean and had cute lighting inside, including LED’s which made the room feel cosier. Decent selection of food for breakfast. Super close to the centre so don’t need to take transport.

The showers were quite small and didn’t have a proper shower head so had to scooch right up under the stream.

All staff were very helpful and friendly. All facilities - in or outside of the room - were super clean. The hotel was only 10 minutes walk from the city centre, which was very convenient. 3 pm check-in and noon check-out were great as a lot of places these days want you to check-in at 4 pm and check-out by 10 am, which I always find incredibly uncomfortable when you are on holiday.

We found the toilet unit in our room was constantly leaking when we came back to our room late at night. We managed to kind of sleep through it but it bothered us a little bit. Having said this, we didn't know the reception was open 24-hour and we could have asked them to have a look. We reported this to the reception when we checked out and they were very apologetic about it. This would not bother me at all to stay there again in the future.

Wasn’t overly clean, the room was very small and the shower leaked all over the floor (didn’t really like how the shower and toilet was located)

The place was beautiful and organised. Breakfast was really good as always.

The room was too small, it should be advertised just for 2 adults instead of 3 people room.

Excellent price for a city centre stay, ideally located for a gig at the local Utilita arena. Staff were lovely and friendly, room was clean and functional and perfect for a short trip. Free hot drinks in the reception area was a great touch.

Our door key card didn't work as expected and did make locking and unlocking doors a night mare.

Had a standard double booked, got a double and bunk beds, asked to change rooms and the staff lied to me saying there’s only that type of room. Went down 3x and they somehow had a spare double to give me. Ended up leaving without a refund
