部屋が狭い

The breakfast menu was amazing,

Not being able to plug in a USB to the TV or HDMI led from a Laptop. I wish the Fridge was Colder, we had it set to high but it still wasn't quite cold enough.

Really good facility with a super helpful staff

Even after reading the previous postivive reviews the place has exceeded my expectations. The hotel grounds are large and beautiful, fantastic swimming pool, decent gym (although some machines not working), excellent service. The room was large, comfortable and extremely quiet, nice view from the balcony. Lots of amenities nearby. Overall very comfortable and relaxing

The toilets do not have bidet. The food is so-so

Beautiful setting in large attractive grounds, peaceful in a very busy city. Room very spacious and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful.

Location is great as very centered , great escape from the city buzz

this was our 3rd time at the hotel , and we came back knowing it, however seems that the hotel lost its charm, the staff were full of rules ,poor breakfast quality and very sad atmosphere, we were quite disappointed compare to the last time we been there back in 2019.

Calm, clean, beutiful and convenient living.

The reception not approachable and the drainage in the shower is stuck up.
