The lady at the reception was very polite and accommodating, besides this the hotel was a huge disappointment. Parking is literally outside the reception area easy to access especially if you have heavy luggage.

The rooms are ridiculously small for a couple. We could barely move around the bed when entering with our two small suitcases. The smell of humidity and cigarettes is on another level. The pillows were thin as paper and the mattress? What mattress? It is such a shame for the Ibis brand they should do better. Would not recommend at all.

Easy to find and good parking for a city centre hotel., Every member of staff was helpful and had enough English to make our dismal French not a problem. The room was as they all are in these type of hotels. The bed was extremely comfortable, the tea making equipment was adequate. The evening meal and service was very good, as was the breakfast Staff were excellent and good natured. We have stayed there previously and would stay there again. Well Done Ibis Bourges!!!!!

Nothing to dislike, easy to get to, and easy to get away out of Bourges.

The breakfast was very nice with as much as you wanted to eat. It was quite relaxed with no one rushing you. I requested ‘gluten free’ bread if they had it. The lovely young waitress came back with four different types of plain buns with apologies that they had no bread. I really appreciated her help.

Rooms were so tiny

Breakfast was excellent. City historic and interesting. Our third stay at the Ibis. Its a convenient stopover as we drive south.

A little out of the town but only a short walk

Parking available nearby. Easy to find just off the route back to the ferry at Caen. Very efficient staff with spotlessly clean comfy rooms which were more spacious that expected and really comfy beds . Corridors were quiet though it was very noisy from the main road outside our window which made it difficult to sleep. Bourges beautiful with plenty to see and fab places to eat in the old town.

Access to town centre was easy. There was a lift to different floors, pet friendly. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was lively too.

Nothing apart from the very small twin beds. 2ft is too small for adults,in my opinion.

Great location, breakfast was lovely, parking easy. The terrace and bar was an added bonus! An excellent little hotel for an overnight stop!

Really helpful staff, catered for allergies at breakfast, great location, very comfortable bed, kettle in room, good shower, and could park motorcycles right outside front door!

Breakfast: disappointed that there was no cereal.

6 inch gap between bed and side wall. You can't be serious! How do you get in to bed? As for the bedside table! Tea coffee. Horrible cardboard cups and flimsy little wooden stirrers. Did you think we'd nick the crockery?!

great staff . super shower and very comfortable bed. breakfast was good value. we had a very long journey and arrived about 9.30pm and we’re still able to get dinner which was excellent. overall I would recommend
