During the night the heating was making a noise . Another pillow and blanket would have been nice.

Good for the price I paid.

Easy to check-in with a code, the room was clean and with nice view. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is great and easy to reach public transport. We felt very welcomed!

it was ok for us, but the glass separation between the bathroom and bedroom doesn’t allow for privacy so maybe not a good room to share with a friend. ;-)

The location its oerfect easy access to the Center. Next to the building you can find nice Tai restaurant. The room itself was very nice big enough. Every day there was a cleaning service which as well was nice.

Lovely spacious room, nice toiletries, quite nice location near the centre. They offer a discounted price for parking in a garage nearby (about 7 minute walk). Self check-in.

Rooms are nice but you can hear absolutely everything. In the same time we were staying there, a very active and loud child was also a guest in some other room, and it was quite hard to fall asleep and we were awoken early.

Our room was perfect - cute, warm, and cosy! We arrived before check-in, but were incredibly fortunate to have been able to check in to our room early regardless — meaning we were able to shower after 40 hours of travel! The location was brilliant - within walking distance of many sights, and near heaps of public transport options. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back in the future!

Netflix didn’t work on the TV (but we could have asked and didn’t bother, so wasn’t a problem at all!)

There is rather aparthotel more than classic hotel, but there isnt a problem. Location near city centre and Town hall, with many restaurants and bars, possibility of garage parking near accomodation (5 minutes walking distance). Family friendly hotel - possibility of baby cot for free, very kind a helpful communication with staff

Columbia itself is located on the 1st floor of residential building in a very quite and nice neighborhood and walking distance to the old town. Street traffic is minimal and there is no noise coming to the room. Room was spacious with large bathroom with glass sliding door. Staff was very helpful and we have no trouble with late check in or check out. Columbia offers discounted parking option in the underground car park 5min away, be aware that you need to enter the car park like every customer taking a ticket at the gate, afterwards you get an additional ticket from the hotel, than you use both of them and the ticket machine at the car park once your about to leave (important note: take first ticket with you to enter car park on your way to the car)

There is no A/C unit in the room, however large fan was doing very well and the room temp was comfortable early August. At this class of stay it would be nice to have kettle and a fridge in the room, but there was any, maybe these utilities ware available in the common space, but nothing was said or shown

Our room (botique double) was beautiful with great furnishings and a lovely city view! Location is great really central and on a charming street with coffee shops and cafes nearby. Breakfast was very tasty and a great selection of food.

We had booked the botique double but when we checked in (self- check in at midnight) we had been allocated a very small double. Slept in it for that night and then fed back to staff who apoligised and straight away moved us to the correct room and offered us free breakfast to make up for it so that was good! A shame there are no tea and coffee facilities in the rooms as would usually expect tea and coffee to be freely available
