The staff were incredible, really friendly and helpful. The choice on offer at breakfast was also lovely.

My room was incredibly warm, when I arrived the heating was on the maximum and it was very hard to cool it down

It was a good distance to the front, very clean and comfy, the staff were excellent, lots of places to park outside the hotel and a very fair price!

When booking, we selected the “Cosy Attic Double” however we were on the first floor and the room didn’t match the pictures shown under the “cosy attic double”, we were however still charged the same price so it wasn’t an issue and we were still very pleased with the room :)

Gorgeous hotel, lovely bar area and restaurant. Hotels rooms are very spacious, clean and welcoming. Fantastic location right on the sea front and right next to the spa lift to get down to the sea front.

I entered the hotel and didn’t want to leave again till I checked out! The room was beautiful with a floor to ceiling window giving me a fantastic view of sea and beach front. I was able to sit comfortably in the bar chatting to a friendly staff member whilst enjoying a delicious wine then had a tasty meal from the Christmas menu. It was a very relaxing and pleasant experience. The breakfast next morning was delicious, I enjoyed being able to have chopped fresh fruits before my full English, again with delightful staff. Looking forward to staying again soon.

The Hotel was lovely decorated, and in an amazing location. We were attending a gig at the Spa and it was a five minute walk from the hotel, or you can use the tramway opposite. The hotel and rooms were spacious, and we got upgraded to a sea-view room which was a lovely touch. The rooms were clean, and had a lot of amenities. Breakfast was also super yummy! The staff couldn’t have been anymore helpful, and their customer service was fantastic. Great stay, and highly recommend.

Only thing I would say, is the bed wasn’t very comfortable.

A welcoming place from the moment we arrived. Very clean, well decorated and appointed reception rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff, I saw them helping elderly visitors with their luggage one morning for example. Our room was as requested, with a larger bed and a bath with a shower over. The room was beautiful. Clean, tidy and spacious. The bathroom was very clean with no sign of mold/mildew on any surfaces. The bathroom was well equipped with modern fittings.

This hotel is so well kept, and in pristine condition. The staff look really happy to work there and are friendly and polite. Delicious breakfast overlooking the sea, a great location (right on the Cleveland Way) and a spacious, comfortable room with super king bed. The cleanest hotel shower room I have ever seen. Free parking permits for right outside the hotel.

Modern facilities despite it being an elderly but impressive traditional building. Clifftop location. Friendliness of staff.

Superb food, service and accommodation. This is a 3* hotel that's more like a 4* hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Fantastic view. wonderful hotel! Very nice and helpful staff. It was a stop on our way to the ferry from scotland, but it was a wonderful experience. wonderful town. Really worth a journey of its own!!!!
