전체적으로 만족함!

부세나 테라스에 비해 조식이 형편없음

一番はプールでした。寒いこの時期でも温海水でマッサージ効果抜群で癒されました。サウナの隣接も楽しめました。 朝食も多種多様で美味しかったです。 スタッフの方々も情報提供してくれたり笑顔で対応して貰えて安心出来ました。

ラウンジ利用出来る設定でしたけど、時間が無くて利用出来ませんでした。もっと早朝から深夜の時間設定して貰えたら有り難いですね。

The staffs were excellent, the place were clean and there were so much activities you can take at the place without spending a cent to offer relaxation that we all require from daily lives.

This was first time at Okinawa, not much stuff is around the place and things were closed except the convenience stores.

It was good but Terrace club's breakfast will be better with more food

The room humidity is little high

We stayed here as part of our honeymoon and had the most amazing time. The staff made us feel really special (Not just with some champagne and a room upgrade but also with every interaction). The views are wonderful - from the room, breakfast, the lobby, the bar, all the different areas! We particularly enjoyed the 2 hours of drinks (including champagne) and snacks from 5 til 7 - that definitely helped with the stay feeling special! We had breakfast at the main hotel twice and at the Terrace Club once - there's definitely more choice at the main one but far more people and noise! So would recommend the Terrace Club breakfast for a bit of a calmer experience. The snorkelling trip was great and very easily organised last minute and we also enjoyed the underwater observatory (note that you need to buy a ticket or have cash on you before you walk the entire length of the pier!).

Would be nice if the tennis courts were treated the same as all the pool facilities and were free to use. It's an hour's drive from the airport (or two hours by bus), which costs a out £75-100 by taxi which was a bit painful!

wonderful luxury hotel. this was our second stay at Terrace Club. it was wonderful to be back. staff are attentive and the happy hour is a fantastic inclusion in the price. the breakfast is amazing. great location to explore Nago and surrounding areas

would be nice if there was a more affordable restaurant option on site for a light dinner. we would have also liked to see a bit more of the ryukyu culture being celebrated within the hotel

The view of the room is excellent looking at the beach.

The breakfast selection could be better to have more choices.

Terrace is a great resort and the club really give you an exclusive impression. we have strongly enjoy the quality of the service provided by the concierge team (big kudos to Umeki-san!!!)
