Good location. Some of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast is truly terrible. Probably the worst breakfast I’ve had at a hotel. Especially at this price point. Some of the staff were very unhelpful: front desk lady didn’t want to book an airport shuttle for 9pm because my checkout was at noon. Also the shower is horrendous. Without touching the knobs it suddenly gets scalding hot. Then cold. Then hot. It’s truly an experience.

Me gustó mucho la habitación, la atención fue muy buena. El desayuno estuvo muy rico y había mucho surtido.

Me gustó todo. Solo daría una sugerencia: la piscina, si bien es temperada, saliendo hacía mucho frío. De repente pueden considerar techar esa parte.

A standard buffet breakfast. On Sunday, peruvian chicharrones was added and was very good.

A stronger peruvian touch. And better quality of the following: Bread, jam (sauco and aguaymanto w little fruit), coffee. You could also consider offering a premium version with higher priced peruvian fruit and expresso coffee... I also had lunch and dinner several times at the restaurant. The quality of the food and the presentation are superb. I am peruvian and know about peruvian food -- I had most of the peruvian dishes and would recommend them even to my peruvian friends and family. Especially good were Lomito Saltado (nice presentation of the fries) and sopa criolla.

Great staff. Very helpful and eager to make sure my stay was going well. The hotel was clean, quite and comfortable. Great breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.

Location is great, the facilities are new and properly maintained.

Breakfast is a little disappointing. It would have been nice if there was a more vibrant lobby area.

We stay there with a family of 5 persons (3 children). We really enjoy how convenience of location. It is so easy to walk to many nice shops and restaurants, also the beach. Staff Sebastian and Jomer always try to help when we need.They provide a lot of help and information to make our stay more comfortable and fun. We definitely love to visit Lima again and stay in Crown Plaza with such great experience.

Comfortable bed, all amenities, big bathroom with both bath and shower, nice personnel, very good breakfast, location in the middle of Miraflores - what more can you ask for. Didn’t use fitness facilities, so can’t comment on them

One of the best Hotels. I will highly recommend. All the staff are so friendly also the hotel manager Ms.Nancy she is unbelievable whit her help. I will definitely came back here soon. The breakfast is amazing every day they have different food and the kitchen staff are Amazing. The kitchen manager is so helpful. Great job Crown Plaza Hotel you guys are AMAZING.
