They must clean the air-condition unit its so dirt,must have microwave oven to heat the food, toilet brush & cleaner also carpets should vaccum every other days also need A garbage bin in every blocks

It was clean and tidy. Everything worked as it should. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot. There was enough cooking implements to cook for myself.

They didn't clean the room, change the linen or empty the bins in 8 nights. I didn't expect them to do it every night, but I did expect a cleaning and linen change at least once in the week I stayed there.

Convenient to Blackburn & Nunawading, clean, tidy, self-catered (kitchenette).

Place is looking a little dated but that's OK - it's functional and reflected in the price. One annoying thing: a "two bedroom" apartment does not have two bedrooms. The queen bed is in the living room. It's a one bedroom apartment and the advertising should make this clear. Someone sleeping in the bedroom wanting to go to the bathroom or the kitchenette has visibility of the people sleeping in the living room. A bit annoying that it's advertised as two bedroom.

Staff seem miserable. A smile makes a huge difference, and the hotel business involves customer service. Also, since the price has increased from about $100 to $120, use of a microwave should be included. I can't see why they can't obtain one and place it in the laundry or something, to share

Good location. Room had everything we needed. Staff were friendly. Nice touch having fridge kettle tea and coffee.

Swimming pool area could do with a good sweep and tidy up.

Price is good value Units are dated but clean and comfortable Parking is free and easy Surprisingly quiet with little highway noise
