El personal que atiende no es amigable, es poco tratable aparte que, las toallas presentaba si tenía mal olor se notaba muy usadas y no tenía un buen olor, en general falta de cordialidad a todo el personal

La habitación asignada tenía mal olor. Si bien tienen un servicio de custodia, el valor es antojadizo y no te dan boleta para eso. Existe poca variedad para alergias alimentarias Personal poco cordial y atento.

Super nice staff, great location. Roxanna is super friendly. Felipe is very efficient and flexible. Room had everything you could hope for when visiting a metropolitan city. Great underground/metro connection, excellent shopping opportunities nearby. Was a nice accomodation surrounded by many shops, restaurants and bars in a safe neighborhood. Breakfast was good (can be easily improved with some small variations). Even though is an old building, what you get for the price you pay is beyond expectation. If you are on a budget this is your best option.

The internet was very good in room 5 but unstable and weak in room 4.
