beautiful room nice and spacious a tad cold in the morning as no radiator and could do with a little dust to remove cobwebs on wooden roof panels. beautiful breakfast and sue was a great host very friendly and welcoming.

This is our second visit to Newsham Farm and we love it. The host sue couldn't be anymore welcoming and also George the dog who seemed to love my boyfriend ha ha. Everything nipping clean, beautiful breakfast and everything great.

Great location, easy to find, easy access to Thirsk and the A1M. Nice rural area/safe parking for my classic car. Very friendly owner. Good breakfast and service.

loved the location, bed very comfortable we didn’t use the pool or hot tub but was available if we wished , garden was lovely oh and George was the best

A lovely place to stay in an excellent location - we wanted somewhere quiet but within easy travelling distance of York and family in Northallerton. Sue was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Her knowledge of the area was useful (she recommended a couple of great local pubs for meals!). Our room had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our few days away in Yorkshire.

The bacon at breakfast was delicious but wish the dog had been kept well away from the table

We were very disappointed that the hot tub was not working. That was the reason we booked this place. We had also rang up to check but when we arrived we were told it was not. Also underfloor heating is great but not when it makes the room feel like a sauna all night. In addition there was a strong light coming through the window from the builders yard all night. I would recommend blackout curtains or blinds. The bedside light did not work so we were given a new bulb. There were cobwebs near the tv

It was easy to find, lovely and clean. High spec fittings, lots of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and milk. (and biscuits!) Breakfast really good and tasty.

We could have asked but the wifi password wasn’t visible in the room, that would have been handy.

Sue and George were very accommodating and attentive. lovely room which was exceptionally clean with everything you would need for a overnight stay. Will definitely be staying again. The farm was modern, homely and friendly I highly recommend a stay for couples or a family of four, George is a delight.
