A fantastic hotel, very well placed and with parking available in Grand Place. I asked for quiet room and got one the hotel communicating beforehand. Would stay here again if room available Very pleased Thank you.

room was not ready put us in another room very small !!! has been refurbished but wall colours so dark not nice !!! trolleys left in corridors with rubbish on etc overnight fire hazard!! !!!!! will not stay again left at 5.30am had paid for breakfast but no refund !!!!!!! Bad stay will not be back again Shame as we have stayed there many times before

The entrance was very appealing and modern and right next to the main square. The bed was comfortable, clean and the room was quiet.

The room was extremely small and the bathroom floor was dirty.

Location was superb for easy access to the town. We were given interconnecting rooms.

Second room had no security chain in the door. Air conditioning was broken meaning we had to sleep with windows open during a festival which seemed to involve late night drinking - and early morning road cleaning. Carpet in bedroom was not clean. Finding a car parking space was not easy. Rooms were very compact!!

The location was perfect although we had to go in search of parking 200 yards from Grand Place Receptionist welcoming and very friendly and helpful

The room was cramped and in need of a facelift, very old fashioned and tired
