L'emplacement est à 10 minutes d'un parking gratuit mais celui-ci est vite complet. Endroit propre malgré les odeurs gênantes dans la douche. Fonctionnel mais pas exceptionnel

Il s'agit d'un studio et non d'un appartement. C'est très petit bien que fonctionnel. Quand on ouvre les fenêtres sur les temps de midi et soir ça sent la cuisine des restaurants voisins. Vers 1h du matin pendant bien 2h les voisins ont commencé a déménagé des meubles on ne sait pas trop d'où venait le bruit mais ce fut très désagréable. La douche sent les vieux égouts c'est assez désagréable également (mieux vaut fermer la porte de la salle de bain pour pas que le studio sente aussi)

The placement of the apartment (number 6) was superb. It was on the main square but quiet as tucked behind the main buildings. The bathroom was great. The shower was lovely. The kitchen area was basic but fine with just a hob, no oven, and a fridge with a small freezer. There was a washing machine, iron, and ironing board, too. Cutlery and crockery were provided. The bed was really comfortable with really good quality and oh so wonderful pillows. Everything was really clean and tidy. We'd definitely stay here again if we came back to Arras. It was a lovely apartment :)

We stayed during some atrocious weather (storm Cieran). There was a reed summer blind in the kitchen window that needed removal as we had to get up in the night 3 times to stop it from banging on the side of the building. The Internet WiFi didn't work very well. Probably due to the weather. Impossible for netflix on the TV and the only channels that worked on normal TV were french (obviously as we're in France) so that was a shame as we were stuck in due to the weather. We didn't bother the hosts as the weather was so bad that we didn't want them to have to come out in the storm.

Schönes, geräumiges Apartment in absolut zentraler Lage an der Place des Heros, dennoch ganz ruhig, da hinter der ersten Häuserzeile gegen, also Restaurants und den belebten, sehr schönen Platz vor der Tür ohne störenden Lärm. Bequemer Zugang mit Türcode. Alles leicht erreichbar, natürlich auch die Grand Place, tolle Boulangerie und Geschäfte in direkter Nachbarschaft, Zitadelle und Loisirs leicht erreichbar auch mit den kostenlosen Elektro-Kleinbussen "Citadine" 1 und 2, Abfahrt am Beffroi quasi vor der Haustür.

Das Abschließen der Apartmenttür erfordert etwas Geschick.

Well-appointed and in very good condition. Ideally located in the main square, with restaurants and bars literally on the doorstep - the whole square is very alive in the evenings - but despite this the apartment itself is very quiet.

Would have said 'excellent' rather than 'good' if it were not for the awkward instruction that guests must take all their trash away with them. Also, entry on arrival requires knowing two entry codes which are not obtainable except by email on the day or day before arrival.

The apartment was advertised and booked as entirely on ground floor yet the bedroom and bathroom were up 16 steep stairs!

No breakfast provided, but fridge and other items made it easy to cook and prepare

Lovely apartment. Modern, clean, nicely furnished and decorated.

The apartment was great... until Saturday night. The "Au Bureau" pub/club is RIGHT THROUGH THE WALL! We had loud music until closing time at about 1:20am, then the volume went down for a while. Then, presumably once all the customers had left, the loud music was back until after 2am, while the staff cleaned up.

Our 5th stay at this excellent appartement. Thus you will not be surprised that we give it the highest score! We will certainly return.

Not really a criticism but the owners do send many duplicate mails that have a great deal of information before one's arrival. Probably automated but it feels rather too much. However easily deleted and it doesn't stop our choice to return repeatedly.

Such a great location in Central Arras. Very clean & comfortable. This is our 3rd visit & always makes us feel welcome.

The location was perfect. Right on the old town square, near the cathedral. Beautiful buildings surrounded us. Plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Very close to train station. The apartment was very clean and well appointed including cooking facilities, laundry, and Netflix. It was beautifully presented with coffee and tea, and a little biscuit and chocolates on arrival. The apartment was very quiet and dark for sleeping. They set up a whole town market on our last day and we didn't hear a thing. The bed was comfy too. The hosts were lovely. Very efficient and accommodating and the check in process was stress free. If you want to visit Arras or the WW1 battlefields or anywhere else in. This area we totally recommend this accommodation. It was also extremely well priced. If you want to party or are noisy please leave this accommodation for people who want some serenity and an oasis away from home.

Overall we enjoyed our stay , the location is perfect if you want to be in the heart of things right on Place Des Heros . The small complex of Appartments is reached through a connecting corridor set well back from Place Des Heros so you have the benefit of proximity to the night life without the noise. The apartment 3 is compact , efficiently designed , a providing a comfortable bed , very good shower and bathroom facilities and is presented clean and tidy . Overall the apartment represents very good value for money.

The internet instability in apartment 3 that was reliant on hot-spotting on apartment 1, was a significant irritant . Internet is an requirement for us , normally I would score lower than 9 with inadequate internet , in this case the apartment outperformed in other areas and the internet issue did improve the second day

The apartment is rather small and the dining table is similar scale. neighbours talking loudly in the courtyard were easily heard. The extraction fan can’t be turned off so there was an annoying humming noise from the fan all night. The wide picture windows look into across the small courtyard into the apartments opposite.
