A lovely apartment with excellent indoor bike parking - perfect for us. We wish we could have lingered longer. Really nice to be able to make good coffee on a one night stay with an early start

A light just inside the street door would have been handy for checking the bikes.

The cozy apartment lies conveniently a few minutes of walk from one of the two historical town squares. There are a couple of separate apartments within the same complex. Our host was also staying at the same complex, and he greeted us just on time, explained the details, and handed over the keys. The apartment is an inverted double floor, where the entrance floor has a toilet, a bathroom, and a living room together with the kitchenette, and the lower floor has the bedroom for 2 people. There is a coach which accommodates 2 other adults when opened. The kitchenette has all the necessary utensils, a microwave, and a fridge. The living room is not spacy, especially when the couch is open, but is still optimal for 4 people. The house has free WiFi and its quality was satisfactory. The heating of the apartment was also quite good. The place in general was very clean. The street in front of the apartment has paid street parking during the days, however only a few minutes away there is a sufficiently big free car park. Overall, this is a very convenient and nice place to stay in Arras.

The toilet does not have its own a sink to wash the hands, hence the one in the bathroom needs to be used. Note that a 300 Euro credit card deposit is taken upon check-in to the apartment, and then released if all goes well.

The apartment was spacious and well equipped and in a fantastic location. There was a parking space directly outside which we were very lucky to get.

very clean and nice. a bit chilly but that’s bc of the time of year…

couldn’t figure out the lights for the hallway at night… so going out was a bit of a challenge. luckily I had my phone flashlight!

The apartment is located just a few minutes away from the main town squares. We were really impressed with the amenities in the apartment- there were even some things necessary vor a travel with a small child like changing mat for infants. As for parking space, we found one directly in front of the apartment. It’s helpful to have the EasyPark App on your phone. You are entitled to one free hour per day and the rest of the day costs less than 4 Euros. (Careful! 7 hours per day cost 17 Euros but 6 hours less than 4 Euros so remember to use your free hour per day).

Excellent location and it is easy to park for free nearby. A very smart and roomy apartment that has everything you could reasonably need, and the handwritten guide to the city was a nice touch - lots of useful information.

It's a little inconvenient having to climb the stairs from the bedroom to use the bathroom/toilet

Excellent location, a stone's throw from the centre of Arras and a huge choice of restaurants and bars. We managed to get parked right outside the building every time we returned to the property and it was free on Sunday (we stayed Sat-Mon). Host was very helpful, answered any questions by text very quickly. Had everything we needed for a family of 5.

As it's a loft apartment, all the windows are roof windows so you can only see the sky out of the windows. Also many stairs. Neither of these were a problem for us but would be useful to know for some people.

Host Claire was there on our arrival, handed the keys. Showed us around the property. Explained the parking & location of the resturants etc.

It was perfect.

Nice clean modern apartment. Beds are comfortable, we had very good sleep. 5 min walk to the centre. The host is extremely friendly and helpful.
