The location is spectacular, the staff are willing to go above and beyond and are super accomodating.

It is a little bit remote which is only a problem if you want to get in to town (Port Vila) and the bathrooms could do with an update

Nice beach, clear water, great snorkeling, boat taxi straight to the town, bar, cocktails, quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Staff is amazing and always ready to help.

Would be nice to have few more hooks for the towels and clothes in the bathroom

To start with, the booking.com description of this place is very outdated. This resort is falsely advertised and needs to be removed or updated. We checked in and were underwhelmed by the accommodation; it was very basic for what they charged for the rooms. The restaurant was out of food and drinks, and what it did provide was very average. There was no tour desk as advertised, we were told to book online but could not use the internet. The staff were just lounging around the pool, making it very uncomfortable to use. The restaurant was closed at 8 pm, and all the staff left, we had no hot water in our room, and no one was around to help us. The wifi was terrible and limited to the restaurant area. It was a very uncomfortable stay, we had booked and paid for three nights and left after the first night and were still charged the full amount. We relocated to a cheaper and much nicer resort down the road. I would not recommend this place to anyone; we were extremely disappointed. I am sure it once used to be a nice place to stay, but it has been poorly managed and neglected for a long time The staff are trying their best with what they have to work with, but it is a terrible place to stay.

Location was beautiful and sheltered, right on the beach. Gardens were well maintained. SUP boards and kayak were all handy free to use and snorkel gear and reef shoes.

Room was dated, some fly screens were missing at the back, bathroom could be improved. Swimming pool was at the property entrance, away from the beach and there were no restaurant or bar facilities near the pool. Menu could be improved.

The location was beautiful and peaceful. The manager was very accommodating and informative. Lovely beach and natural swimming area so you could swim when the tide was out.

A little bit out of the way to access restaurants but a taxi was always available.
