Quite neighbourhood with great places to eat nearby. The hostess/owner was super friendly and made us all feel very welcome. Hot breakfast served each morning with variety of cereals.

Breakfast during the week ended at 08H30 which is quite early if one is on holiday.

Everything about Sir Roy’s was amazing! From booking, and communication to the property and out room and the breakfast, it was all fantastic. Most wonderful of all was Ingrid! What a fabulous host - so warm and friendly and so welcoming. She went out of her way to make us feel at home and I would want to stay there every time from now on.

Central location Lorraine Marais went out of her way to make sure that our son was safe and well looked after.

Traffic from surrounding streets can be disturbing

The breakfast and staff were excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The distance to the beach.

The vintage environment, peace and quiet gave me and my family the opportunity to have quality time together away from our everyday hustling and bustling.

We really can't say that there are dislikes, however our way of living has changed a lot. When you go on holiday it is to experience a different way of living out of the ordinary life. That said, attention to laundry is kind recommended.

Unexpected top notch reception from the entire Sir Roy's Guest House staff. It doesn't matter who, but they were all extremely helpful especially the Managers, Lorraine and Ingrid. Theirs is a statement. They do what they love most and they do it with passion. Breakfast there is something to die for especially the omelette. In general, I highly recommend this place and would go there again.

It's a corner property, therefore, it can be loud but they have quite a few options if you like a little bit of peaceful nights.
