location was good i stayed several times at the same spot and it's the best spot you can get in the city . we were upgraded to a better and bigger room and we loved it even tho the director wasn't that cool with that but the staff at the reception were so kind and welcoming especially houssain.

at our arrival we were giving a bad room and then we were told we should pay extra 150dh a night for that room then we moved to a smaller room full of insects and thanks to houssain and the staff at the entery we were upgraded to a bigger and better room

The hotel is perfectly located at the heart of downtown. Rooms are clean, spacious and confortable.

The entire hotel is a non-smoking facility.

Staff at the reception desk were friendly and always tried to help.

Breakfast was always cold. Butter was green, Expiry date was August 2019. Bar/Restaurant was always dark, lights were off, wanted to have dinner there once, sat on table for 15 minutes, nobody showed up, nobody seemed to care. - 1st day nobody came to clean the room, second day nobody came to clean the room. Had to contact reception and they sent the evening cleaning lady. She was lovely and apologised for the day staff. The room does not have any kettle or anything.
