Clean and tidy room. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff

The spa bath didn't work and it was too late to ring reception. We were very disappointed with this. We didn't get more milk on our second night, I did get more when I asked. Was quite noisy on Monday morning.

Location is very well positioned for us and we stay here every year, and staff are very friendly.

The electric hobs need fixing- both hobs only work in full- no temperature control. The cupboard in the bedroom doesn’t close as it is out of line , and the front door was also out of line and difficult to close. The TV in the bedroom isn’t linked to the TV in the lounge - so you can’t have the Sky channels in the bedroom.

Very welcoming owners. Neat and tidy room that was serviced daily. Close to shops and city. Definitely stay there again.

The location was within walking distance to the mall and close to the bus stop. Thye price was on a par with other motels similar to this. Very clean.

The room was smaller than I expected from the photo's and the balcony was not really usable for relaxing out doors., as was shared with room next door which was very close. There aren't very many eating options close by except Asian which is fine but not every night, therefore we needed to taxi quite a bit.

Toilet hard to flush. Beds not always made. No extra bedding provided. Small spaces.
