The noise from the street in front of the Hotel could not be heard in our room.

The Spa place and its services are not as expected and disappointing. We asked to be given an extra doormat for the toilet, but they said there was an additional fee. Which in my opinion does not make sense.

the rooftop pool was lovely. the staff were very friendly and breakfast was great, lots of options! had the best massage here also. 180k for a full 1 hour Balinese massage.

this hotel is in a very busy area meaning it is very loud at night! but if you keep your doors shut, the noise is minimal.

this is definitely not a 4.5 star hotel, the rooms smell damp and mouldy, the shower heads need a clean, and the septic smell in the rooms are very unpleasant

the staff were friendly and helpful. the lobby was attractive, the room was spacious and comfortable.

The noise from the bars nearby was terrible. I could not sleep until the music stopped at 2am. The hotel windows were double glazed but the noise was still very loud. it was not the hotel’s fault but I would never choose to stay there again as a result of the noise.
