Perfect location, close to mall and restaurants. Lovely room, comfortable bed, very warm and lovely and quite. Highly recommend.

Location was ideal to walk to the South Pacific train station.

It was clean and tidy. Plus owner let as in earlier than usual time which we were greatful for.

The couch it was hard and not comfortable no padding at all and the chair had a broken leg. They need to be replaced.

Quiet location, comfortable and clean room

Very comfortable & modern facilities. The staff were really helpful & even drove us to the train station early in the morning. We loved the location - so many cafes & restaurants nearby and also a big shopping centre. It was about a 20 minute walk into town through the botanic gardens or there was a nearby bus. We enjoyed our stay here and thought it was great value for money.

There was a bit of traffic noise around peak hour but the double glazed windows helped to counteract most of it.

Sparkling clean & comfortable, very affordable! While the road was quite busy, the double glazing in windows & door kept noise out. 123 offered a superior selection of Sky TV channels. We would definitely stay again.

Nets on our windows would’ve provided more privacy but it wasn’t a deal breaker. A coffee plunger was provided but only instant coffee was available, again not a deal breaker but with these the place would rate 11 out of 10 for us.

Super close to Riccarton mall like literally 1-2 minute walk. Rooms were tidy, good shower plus bathroom/kitchen had underfloor heating. Good parking on site. Value for money

Curtains need to be blockout tbh. Rooms become very light in the morning as soon as the sun starts rising

Location is very handy for walking to mall/cafes/dining. Bed and pillows nice and comfy. Full MySky TV was a great feature. Wall heater great in the winter as room got cosy with that. Double glazing to keep noise and cold out (as best you can on a busy road). The "fairies" did my few dishes each day while I was out!

Nothing major but those little finer details that make a difference e.g., no glasses so everything you drink has to be out of a cup, only shampoo and no conditioner (not so good for ladies with long hair), no wardrobe or coat hangers (was a coat stand tho). I had an end room away from other rooms so was quite private but not sure ones with ranchsliders along main deck would be. The feature picture on the main wall above bed wasn't in the centre (strange thing but quite obviously wrong!)

The motel was comfortable, mainly clean but a little mould in the bathroom. Good position, friendly staff.

The website I looked on says there is a shuttle to the airport, another says to the Railway station where in fact there is no shuttle service now
