Very clean and great location near the university and airport

The hotel is overpriced for the value you get in return. It is a 3 star at best.

I flew into Riyadh late at night and just needed a place to stay overnight before catching a flight to AlUla early the next morning. There aren't a lot of hotel options in and around the airport, and of the few hotels, most are very pricey. This hotel was the best option in terms of value and proximity to the airport. Front desk person was very friendly and offered me a welcome drink. The room was big (I would later discover this to be the case in all the hotels I booked in Saudi!), clean and very comfortable.

Friendliness of all the staff, very helpful, excellent connectivity to the airport, area is good around as many options to eat and to have a coffee

Manager and Staff really friendly, nothing too much trouble. Really comfortable rooms with all the facilities you need.

Great hotel with friendly helpful staff. Looks a bit dated, but I'm not sure if this is how most hotels look. I'm comparing to Dubai, so may not be the best comparison. Wouldn't mind staying there again. Room was good with a living room section.

- الحمامات وضعها لا يتناسب مع اسم فندق ولا مع مجتمعنا للاسف وكأن الشخص اللي في الحمام معك في الصالة. والابواب غير مناسبة خاصة باب السحب.

Good Location, a bit out of the Riyadh Traffic madness, and quite place to relax with lot of Restaurant options close by a few mintues drive away.
Room configuration was not as expected 2 bedroom had only 1 wash room and they charged extra for some in room water bottles, surprising that it should be free.
But the guy in reception told us that only 2 bottle per room is free and if more u need to pay

15 mins from the airport. Everything you need is 5 mins away. Got a room upgrade to suite for free. Clean and comfy. Value for money. It’s doesn’t relate to Super 8 Motels chain in the US except the brand name, it’s a 3-stars hotel

I was concerned that this might be lower quality than it was. It was simple. But it was comfortable and clean and spacious. So if considering it for it's great location near convention center, don't hesitate to come and save the money over alternatives.

I liked how the staff was friendly and very welcoming. Whatever we asked for they brought to us immediately.
I didn’t like that the room was not clean as it should be. Also, i requested for an invoice under my company name and the receptionist had an issue printing the invoice so he told me he will email it to me and still waiting.

It's a super basic hotel. Compared with other hotels yes can be on the lower end as it is old, but it gets you and has the basic stuff that you need. No not much to complain about.
The wifi was bad had to keep going to the lobby to get connected.
The breakfast was below average with some old items on display. (and no one told me there was any until I read it in the lobby and asked about it)
The cabinet door didn't close, so the light was always in the room lit.
The sand from outside was all over my window rail, which makes you wonder how dusty this room can get.

location was great for me and there’s a supermarket in the petrol station behind. the staff was super friendly upon check in and out. good value for good room
other than I had to request for my room to be cleaned and the water bottles were not replenished everything else was good

For 2 to 3 star hotel, it has everything you hoped for. Room was spacious and bathrooms were better fitted. I did not do breakfast so cannot comment on that.
