Facility not well managed.lift not working to the 4th floor,cleanliness of toilet and bath not to international standard,bathroom door damaged and it was left unattended to and we needed to demand for a better room which was slightly better.

The reception was welcoming and the staff so cool and the nature from the entrance, beautiful plants and cool breeze, and also the manager was very friendly when I ask her for information, she replied with a welcoming smile

I loved everything and this is my second time there I must say the prizes are affordable for such a standard hotel and the ambiance is everything. I will always recommend anytime any day sincerely

I generally enjoyed the food and the restaurant staff are great and courteous. But the rats in the restaurant are definitely a put off.

I have been using the hotel for close to 15 years but this time, my experience is very unpleasant. My first stay between 16-19 June, I was placed in a room infested with cockroaches with dirty carpet. Whilst in the restaurant, I saw rats playing and running around several times which I filmed. I brought each of these to the attention of the staff. My return stay between 5-7 July, I was disappointed to be told on arrival I could not have the presidential suite I booked for as it was already reserved for someone else. I ended up staying in a lesser accommodation.

The deal is breakfast for one for the kind of room we booked. The breakfast was good, with varieties of cereals to choose from, along with the main meal.
