Very comfortable, spacious and clean unit. It had everything we needed. Neil was friendly and helpful.

Great little unit in a nice neighbourhood. It was very central to everything we did. The beach is close by & food options are varied. Neil the owner is super friendly & very respectful of your privacy. Our French bulldog was very comfy there also & having the courtyard for her to roam around in off leash made it very relaxing as we all felt very safe. We will definitely stay again when we are on the south coast.
Noting not to like. One suggestion would be a light over the bathroom mirror for applying make up.

What a fantastic place! We loved the pool at night. Very special indeed. One night was not long enough. We'll be back!

Contact with Neil was prompt and seamless.
All of Neil's dining recommendations were spot on ( meat platter at Ryan's, and the Cafe on Bulli beach).
The granny flat/ guest house was modern, spacious, beautifully presented, comfortable and private.
A short walk to lovely beaches.
Didn't have time to use the lovely looking pool area.
Nitpicking here- as it's underneath the main house we could hear footsteps above.

Staying at the upper level meant navigating a couple of stairways; difficult with luggage. Next we'll pick the lower / ground level!

we loved the location, so close to the beach, for lovely walks. Easy enough walk to the train station and shops.
We liked having our own unit to stay in, like a home away from home.
The bed was a bit soft for our liking, but still okay to get a reasonable sleep. The lounge was rather uncomfortable, the back is too soft, neither of us could sit comfortably on it. & I don't like the doona being tucked in at the foot of the bed, really hard to pull it up to snuggle under it.

The privacy and the apartment. It was very clean and comfortable, that we almost stayed indoors. It's beautiful. 5 minute walk to the beach, and a very nice beach restaurant, within walking distance. The owner was very nice, God bless them. Heaters and aircon everywhere. It's got a nice heated pool spa. Fast internet, yay!

Helpful friendly hosts. Comfortable bed. Comfortable space, lounge and dining as well as courtyard. Able to prepare my own food and pack lunch and snacks for work.
I didn't spend enough time there to enjoy what was on offer as I was there for work and I only needed somewhere to sleep and shower.

The location is excellent, this quiet street is only a 2 minute walk to the beach and has a beautiful view. The size of the space exceeded our expectations. Neil was also very helpful and friendly. Don’t hesitate to book, we will be staying again!

I am going there again Neil is really friendly and makes us feel like it's our own house. The place is really cool and clean, and everything about it is really beautiful. The view must be one of the best view you will ever see from any balcony. Yet peaceful surrounding. Great place

It was so cute, clean and comfortable it had everything we needed and the owners were so lovely I would definitely recommend staying here.

Neil is awesome and friendly. The room is amazing, well equiped and there are history lesson to learn about Bulli.
If you turn on the TV and look into the usb photos, there’s some beautiful photos of the land. I found it on the last minute before I leave.

Location of Guest House is well located for activities around the Bulli Area. It was also only a short drive to Wollongong, which was handy for other activities. The scenery from the lounge was amazing and able to hear the waves crashing on the beach was nice.
The Guest House overall cleaniness, there was a build-up of dirt & hair within the shower, the spa bath appeared broken and damaged. The lounge facilities are dirty and haven't been cleaned. Food scraps on the floor which has encouraged ants to enter the kitchen.

It was a perfect place for family..Neil was very nice and the family very welcoming..we will definately recommend this place..love the place next to the beach :)
