Location was superb

Pan from the kitchen were not in good condition. There were no clothing wash liquid.

It was a nice and quiet location with lovely views. Clean and spacious with full kitchen amenities

The exterior wall was very low offering no privacy or security The bed was lumpy with roll together No extra blankets for the colder nights Cushions for the sun loungers were needed

Good location close walk to village and a short drive to beaches and towns

Could have been more private. A low boundary wall next to the road meant the garden, pool and balcony were on view to passing pedestrians and vehicles

It was a big villa but is tired needs freshening up,

Beds were very hard, pool never got cleaned while we were there.

Very cleanly and tidy! Beautiful view!

Needed to keep putting the water heater on to all have hot showers. But to be fair, we went over Christmas and in the summer I believe the water is heated by solar panels so will probably be more readily available.

Excellent views, clean private pool and spacious, modern house. + addition was the lovely village nearby, Neo Chorio with good reastaurant.

A lovely light , bright modern spacious villa on a hill overlooking all of Latch and Polis. The outside patio and pool area is big and spacious with a nice landscaped look. The beds were comfy. Parking was an added bonus.

Many 'small' areas of the property could do with re- decorating or replacing. In particular the bathrooms- the doors of both bathrooms need repainting as yellowed and cracked all over, the top bathroom needs new sealant around the bath and a new shower curtain. The microwave in the kitchen could do with replacement as yellowed. The soft furnishings- cushions, table runner and tea towels could all do with replacement. The green outdoor chairs are looking a bit shabby too. All quite small issues but would make a big difference to the overall feel if these were seen to!
