It was close to the mall. The bar food was good

It was probably a nice hotel 10 years ago. Dirty pool area. Saunas broken. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Lots of windows broken from the outside. Place is not well kept at all. Bathroom was dirty in the room, not deep cleaned. Breakfast wasn't great at all cheap food no coffee beans left. Staff can't say yes there is always an issue with your request. The worst thing was they refuse to give you a second room key so you have to ask them every time you need to get into the lift to your room to let you up. What a pain

Excellent staff, they are competing with each other to better support the guests. The duty manager herself going around and meeting guests to ensure everything is going well

I like staying at hotel because they provide a comfortable and convenient place to stay when I am away from my home. The beds are usually very comfortable. The room is very clean and well maintained and there’s often a variety of amenities is available such as room service or fitness centre .

Staff was courteous and polite.

Location is too bad..broken hair dryer..broken bathroom door..no door in cupboard...abysmal swimming pool..no kiddie pool.

Breakfast was too good
