We really enjoyed the Townhouse and the abundant amenities. The accommodations were comfortable, well decorated and all the amenities were in perfect working condition. Cleanliness is very important and we were not disappointed. The homeowner is friendly and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be returning for future vacations.

Our group was two couple friends and pups. Very beachy aesthetic, location, and overall comfortable vibe. The owners have thoughtfully marked everything and supplied everything needed for the beach from chairs, to a frisbee, etc.—even a blue tooth speaker! The deck is awesome for early morning coffee and dolphin watching (we saw several not 20 yards out) as well as for afternoon and evening sunsets and grilling on a clean well-equipped Weber grill. The beds in the upstairs bedrooms were both quite comfortable with temperpedic-like top/topper. Nothing pretentious about this place or the kind owners. Everything you should want in a beach trip!

WE STAYED HERE FOR ONE NIGHT OVER EASTER WEEKEND. MY DAD LIVES IN PCB BUT WANTED AN EXPERIENCE ON THE BEACH, THIS PLAY WAS PERFECT. WALTER WAS GREAT AND EXTREMELY ACCOMMODATING. THE PLACE IS AS ADVERTISED AND THE VIEW/LOCATION CANNOT BE BEAT! WISH WE COULD HAVE STAYED LONGER AND WILL BE LOOKING TO BOOK THIS LOCATION IN THE FUTURE!

You will not be disappointed. This spacious 2-storey beachfront townhome with multiple decks was the perfect choice for our March vacation. Also close to a nice dog park, pickleball and groceries too. The sunsets are amazing. Thanks to Walt for ensuring everything was perfect.

Positives: Beautiful view; steps from the beach! Appliances all worked. Negatives: No hand soap was provided. No paper towels on site. Mattresses were quite uncomfortable, and the king bed’s bottom sheet would NOT stay on the mattress! Listing stated a hot tub was one of the amenities but there wasn’t one. Parking was an issue; not enough space. And no trash bags were provided other than the ones already in the cans.

We loved our stay here!! Very convenient! No parking garage or elevators to deal with!! Nice place and owners very nice!

The unit was comfortable, pristine, well decorated and had all of the essentials needed for our stay. Although it wasn’t beach weather I noticed that the owners had plenty of fun ready toys, lounges and a grill for when it is. The owner was gracious and easily available via text messenger during our pre planning. We especially loved that we were able to bring our pup. He’s an integral part of our family and it is wonderful to have owners who understand that. There is a bit of a street noise issue from the second bedroom (which by the way has its own bathroom 😊). Other than that it’s quite nice and we’ll definitely plan for a stay in the future. Becki McKee

You pull right up to the front door of the condo, two steps and you're in- so convenient. The over sized deck was fantastic. We really enjoyed being right on the beach which was family friendly and uncrowded. The master bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. Everything was clean with lots of amenities. There were lots of fun seafood restaurants in the area. Best part, our wonderful dogs were able to join us!

Always a pleasant stay. One of my favorite places to stay. Comfy and clean. Mary is very nice to deal with.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful beach townhome. It was very comfortable and the beach was gorgeous! We would love to come back next year.

To say this place is awesome would be an understatement! We spent 10 wonderful days here and it was just like home. We won’t stay anywhere else! It has everything a couple or a family could want or need. The condo was spotless when we arrived, the kitchen was fully stocked and updated, the furniture was as comfortable as home, master and guest bedrooms were perfect! Wi-Fi was excellent - which is hard to find! It has 2 balconies and a huge deck overlooking the gulf, and is just steps to the water! The sunsets were, and are amazing! If you’re wanting a real beach experience with no hi-rises, no elevators and where you can literally step right off the deck onto the beach, this your place! And we can’t say enough about the owners, Walt and Kathi…they will graciously answer any questions or do anything to make your stay perfect! This is the only place we’ll stay!!!

The stay was wonderful! You can't beat this amazing view and location on the beach. Exactly what I wanted. Beds were GREAT (I am picky so to say this I really mean it) Our guest enjoyed everything too. The fellas even booked a deep sea fish trip. Was a lot of fun. The only thing I'd recommend is a quick deck refresh with some new patio cushions and maybe a outdoor rug. But other than that..it was great 😃

We really enjoyed our stay! The beach wasn’t crowded in front of the townhome and we had such wonderful weather. Will definitely book again!

Beautiful location with easy access to the beach!

From start to finish this was an amazing trip. Booking was easy and had terrific communication with the property manager Mary. She was in constant contact with us throughout the trip. The property itself was perfect, its located 150 feet from the waters edge and had all the amenities you would need to stay. The beds were super comfortable and the 3 decks provide tons of space to hang out and enjoy the view in any weather. We plan on returning next year due to the wonderful layout. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

Have stayed at this property many times and loved it. Was disappointed that the outdoor dining table depicted was gone and replaced with too small of a table for outdoor dining. Also the comfy chairs that used to be in the living room are gone. We also missed the love seat on the upper deck and only had seating for 3 rather than 4. As always, the property was clean and well equipped for just about anything.

My daughter ended up getting married while we were there. Great location other than the construction. Enjoyed our stay.

We spent a week here with our son and daughter in law. From the beginning everything was flawless. Mary was quick to answer ant questions that I had. Check in was very easy. The townhouse was very clean and the home has everything you will need. From binoculars to beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. The kitchen has everything you will need including a crockpot. There is some road construction in front of the house but had no problem getting in and out. If you are looking for some fun try Swamp Thing airboat tours. Only 3 or 4 miles from the house. You are a short drive from Pier Point which is full of things to do. If you are coming to PCB book this townhouse, you won't regret it.

This is our 3rd year to stay here. We love the location to town, right on the beach and no elevators to deal with. Car is parked right at the door.

We love this property! It is on the beach, close to grocery, restaurants, etc, clean. Home away from Home! Pet friendly so our Sealey can come with us. The Host Mary is so nice and wonderful to work with. We love staying here!

This is second year staying at this property. Love the location. On the quieter west end. Townhouse had everything we needed. Winn Dixie right across the street. Best part is the large deck & steps away from the beach. We will be back!

We enjoyed the month of February at this well-equipped townhome. The views were awesome with beautiful sunsets to complete each day. Mary, the host, was so helpful & kind with all of our questions & needs. A great home away from home right on the beach!!

Location with direct beach access for us and our small dog was fantastic!! The house had everything we needed for our month long stay. We would highly recommend this house for a quiet relaxing vacation! Mary was awesome to deal with and check in and out was a breeze! Hope to come back next year!!
