Location and apartment was good

Internet connection was not good at all. Not for remote work

The location was excellent to be close to the fish market & city center. It’s also convenient to access the bus station and nearby public parking lot.

This apartment is on the third floor. There are 77 steps to the flat and the bedroom & bathroom are up more stairs. There is no elevator. It’s an attic unit, so there is a lot of heat being under the roof. The A/C was a single room unit to cool the whole apartment. It was not sufficient for the apartment size. Since the bedroom is a loft, there was no door to close it. You have to manually drain a bucket with the condensed water from the unit. The bathroom was old & outdated. The water heater did not work properly. There was no shower with consistent temperature. The included toiletries are hand soap and body wash only. The apartment is not sound proof. There was a lot of noise from neighbors and from the construction on the floor below. The pictures made it look like the room had a desk, but there was none.

Location! Beautiful views of Etna and Catania. Close to all the must see highlights of Catania. also close to restaurants and markets. Walking distance to bus and train services. Comfort! Well-equipped with all you need in a home away from home! The aircon was great in the extreme heat! Host helpful, friendly and informative! Accommodating and allowed early check-in.

We were on third floor, which meant climbing 79 steps each time as no lift is available. we coped, but not all tourists will… TV only had local Italian channels.

Central Location & very nice contact person

Smell from channel in kitchen and bath Not cleaned (stained toilet etc.) Broken and very old furniture (Not recognizable in the pictures on the website)

Location was excellent, right next to downtown centre. Host was friendly and very helpful. Apartment was modern and stylish. A/C was very effective which is good for hot summer weather. Lots of fast food and slow cafes of all levels of style nearby.

A few more options for cooking pans in the kitchen would have been good. The neighbourhood has very noisy traffic at all hours, however soundproofing with windows closed is excellent. However this does mean you can't really open the windows.

location is just very perfect, spacious appartment, very kind and helpful host

fridge is old and maybe dangerous, bathroom outdated and not clean, not everything was working properly. No fire extinguishers, no fire alarms. Overall not a very safe place to stay.
