This beautiful apartment is in a quiet area & a short walk into the city centre. Our host, Filip, was great. He helped us to get the most out of our visit, offering links to local tourist attractions & restaurants. The apartment is very comfortable with a nice bed & and a great shower. In warmer weather you can sit on the nice terrace & relax with a drink after a busy day sightseeing.

Communication from the proprietor, Filip, was excellent. Very precise directions to the location as well as helpful tips to get around Montpellier. Breakfast was very welcoming every morning on the balcony. Housekeeping was excellent and the room including a large walk in shower was very clean. Our room had a balcony which allowed us to enjoy the weather and a glass of wine. Very convenient to a couple of supermarkets. Location is in a residential area; however, it is only a 10+ walk for the nearest tram station which is a very convenient way to get around Montpellier as well as close proximity to the main train station. Accommodation is not like in a traditional hotel rather you have a separate room off a shared common area. This was not a issue and the room was quiet and secure.

Filip is a very diligent host and has everything running very efficiently. He gave really helpful instructions on getting to the flat via public transport. Breakfast on the balcony was nice and the room was very clean, with a good en-suite bathroom. The flat is a 15 minute walk from the old centre but the walk is fairly pleasant. I would recommend a stay here and would certainly be happy to stay here again

Super friendly and helpful host. He served an excellent and cosy breakfast, gave me lots of helpful tips and where to go and things to do. Everything was in order. Absolutely recommend staying at Studio Smile 😀

Superb breakfast with homemade jams and artisanal honey. Host was incredibly attentive and communicative from the start, with plenty of suggestions for sightseeing and restaurants/cafés. Room was clean, tidy and welcoming. Thank you for the hospitality.

Host asked a few questions prior to arrival that seemed irrelevant at the time. We later learned that he used that input to personalize our stay and make more "homey" (thank you). A suggestion to the host would be to include the purpose for those questions in future emails. Without that context it is impossible to understand why they would be relevant.

Filip went out of his way to accommodate us. When our plans changed he quickly accommodated us with an earlier arrival. He also provided us with a safe and secure place to keep our bicycles. His communication was excellent. He messaged us information on places to go, including restaurants, and things to see. The apartment was immaculate.

Nothing. Make note how we that this is a shared stay; there may be others staying in the apartment, sharing common spaces. However, every COVID protocol was followed.

The friendliness of the host, his attention to detail and knowledge of the area, is second to none.

Everything about this well- equipped studio apartment was just perfect - from the comfort and decor to the location (a few easily blocks from the Place de la Comédie. The host was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious.

Very homely apartment situated within walking distance of the city centre. Everything you need is provided with plenty of attention to detail. Really peaceful part of Montpellier and the city is very safe too.

Perfect cozy apartment 10 minutes walk to the city center. Filip is a really attentive person, helping us on the arrival with all the apartment and city information and instructions. Would definitely recommend this apartment! super confortable bed and a cool terrace.

Our studio apartment was equipped with everything we needed. The decor was stylish. We had our own private entrance & balcony but joined Filip in his apartment for a lovely breakfast with other guests which made for a nice social start to the day. Filip was a wonderful host who told us anything we needed to know about the city. We would certainly return if we are visiting Montpelier again.

Unfortunately Felipe could not meet us as he was visiting a friend in hospital which was quite stressful trying to sort out and find keys and where to park. We got there in the end

Philip was really doing everything for us to feel home and welcomed. He told us where to go, and we discovered places we didn't know. The place is really really clean, as in an hotel and we appreciated it. We'll go back, no doubt

Amazing host that took care of everything: helping you park the car, carry luggage, provide a great breakfast with background music based on your preferences and very good tips on what to do, where to go and where to eat. Room and bathroom were spot clean and the bed was great. One of the best hosts we ever had.

Small note on parking your car at the premise: Although parking near the apartment is great and cost-effective, it's quite a procedure to get in and out of the garage.

Nothing really, but just to have something to say: A little noise from the neighborhood ... and the coffee machine also.

The amount of space, compared to a hotel room. The shower room was large and modern. Private and very secure. Large terrace to sit out.

The bed was a little short. The sofa was a sofa bed, so not so comfortable. No oven.

We spend some days at this beautiful studio and we really loved it. It’s perfect for a a couple and very cozy. The balcony is also a huge bonus especially in the summer. Its within walking distance from the city center. The owner was very responsive and provided many helpful tips for visiting the city. We would definitely come back and can highly recommend this place :)

Filip is very keen to make you feel at home in his place. He made available for us plenty of information so that we can make the most of our stay in his place. The kitchen of the flat is well equipped. The terase is large and inviting. The AC is a life saver for hot summer nights. Thank you, Filip, for your hospitality.
