La vicinanza al centro città,garage privato coperto,camera molto ben insonorizzata nonostante i lavori in corso a pochi metri dall hotel...
L incredibile puzza di urina adiacente al garage e anke all interno dello stesso...bagno piccolissimo,ma devo dire doccia ampia.

l' accès en voiture était un peu compliqué à cause des travaux dans la ville mais l' hôtel possède un parking privé, ce qui est appréciable
très bon petit déjeuner avec un vrai jus d' orange pressé frais
la réception, les couloirs et les chambres pourraient être " rafraichis" et rendus plus accueillants, mais la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel compensent la froideur des lieux

so the best thing about this hotel was the staff, we had the most welcoming, smiling, chilling vibe from severely to not say all the people working there! from recommendation as to where to go to visit the city or where to have coffee and food they have been super helpful! the location is perfect, walking distance to everything, a short and cheap taxi ride from the airport!
so a couple of simple changes would have make it a perfect stay, but should not stop you from booking there as i hope they would change it once they know…
please add a multi-plug on the side of the bed that has the mini fridge so both guest can charge their phone at night! simple and cheap fix !!
add a soap bottle or bar by the sink, its annoying having to go to the shower to get soap!
and last one may be a trash can in the bedroom instead of just the bathroom…
simple and cheap fix the hotel should implement to make it a all you need accommodation!

Too many stairs, no elevator to upper floor. Nearby discotech kept me awake until 3 a.m..

It was a quirky room in the top of the hotel with wood beams in the ceiling. Unique and not cookie cutter. The shower was small but with good water pressure.The bed was just fine for one person and comfortable.
I was warned there were stairs as the elevator doesn’t service the third floor but I managed.

location. room is clean
there is no lift for me to reach the highest floor. i have to take the lift to second level , walk down a flight of stairs and then walk up again to next flight of stairs to reach my room 24. not luggage friendly , not elderly friendly. no lights when i walk down the stairs at 0537hrs. no auto lights. inform me to take the back door because i have to leave early for train. the back door is full of urine smell and NO LIGHT. i have to on my handphone light. advise not to book this hotel if u need to leave early and require lift.

The receptionists were nice and friendly, the location is a few minutes walk from the train station and there are many shops and tram stops around the corner.
I was very disappointed by the room, they put me in the upper floor, I had to take the elevator to the 2nd floor then climb stairs to the other side, take another narrow stairs and another stairs to the room (with my luggage) it was horrible! The room was so cold at night and they turned off the heater. The bathroom was very small and kinda smelled.

Good location close to St Roch station and the picturesque old town. Friendly helpful staff. Good shower and hair dryer in en-suite bathroom. comfortable bed.
