The appartment is really close to the center of the town, and the famouse Comédie square

This apartment definitely does not match the high ratings it has. Probably, that's because the amount of reviews is not really big. But we took are chance and, unfortunately, it turned out to be a mistake. - The apartment was really dirty and was not cleaned at all. Just as an example, on one of the photos below, you can see the color of water after we washed the floor at the first day of our stay - The overall condition of the apartment is very poor. It looks old and outdated. You can find a couple of the photos attached below to see how it truly looks, compared to the well-made pictures from the landlord. - The apartment is located on the ground floor. And for the 3 rooms and a kitchen it has only ONE window! So be prepared for the pale light conditions. Also because of the old stone walls - the air is moist and really smells of mould. So if you are not a big fan of living in a natural cave - keep that in mind also. - Although it's not far from the center, the apartment is located not at the best neighborhood around. Just check the street views from Google to see what we mean. Almost every night you will meet the groups of drunk local young people, while be coming back to the apartment. And that is to say the least.. - And finally - when we have shown the dirt and the bad cleaning of the apartment to the landlord - we were promised to be refunded for the cleaning services (it is included to the renting price). But he never did it.

Location. Two good sized bedrooms. Nice living and dining area.
