Great location and property is close to #11 tram route into the Melbourne CBD. From walking into reception to entering our room it was a positive experience - it smelled fresh and was spotlessly clean. Reception staff extremely welcoming and friendly. Facilities were excellent and the condition of our apartment was top notch.

Location! What a fantastic place! So close to everything. Cafes, supermarket and public transport.
Our apartment was very quiet considering it is right in the heart of the buzz of Fitzroy. It has everything you need and spacious in size. Would definitely stay there again.

tidy, good amenities and well located
the slope to the garage is not properly sloped and for both our cars it scraped the underneath every time we entered or exited, reason enough not yo stay here again unfortunately
