Location very good, big mall right next to it. Room and shower were good.

No need to book breakfast, because it was not very good. I didn't expect breakfast to be brought in a box to the room. Turns out there is no restaurant for breakfast at the hotel.

Booked a NON-SMOKING room, fully prepaid the reservation (non-refundable). On arrival, the only available room was a SMOKING room. The room smelled bad too. Dirty air-conditioning No view from the room. Room felt stuffy despite the indicated size.

I like the location, next to the shopping mall. The room size is quite big, the bathroom is clean. everything looks fine just by the look of the room alone. the water pressure in the bathroom is great. the wifi was OK

- the rooms spanned in one big floor, only M floor. NO SMOKING, but beware it smell full of cigarette!!! Hard to breathe! - the bed is not comfortable, soft and feels old - the breakfast is best describe as edible - no view to the outside, just fake garden inside the building, but it was okay

-found a cockroach next to my bed!!! -the air con is leaking and all my items was wet on the table -the toilet's door is stuck and i can't closed it properly -waiting for about 15 minutes for security to open the rope in parking, then i called the reception hotel to ask them to open it for me

Room is spacious and clean, relatevily new. Mall with different cafes nearby. Welcoming staff. Pretty quiet.

Very slow Wi-Fi No windows Nowhere to go, nearby neighbourhood is poor and looks dangerous Laundry service is free and unmonitored; someone stopped dryer, took off my still wet clothes and replaced them with his. Aircon ventilators are placed on top of the room floor, seems like something has broken. Every half an hour or so, depending on aircon use by other guests, those ventilators were turning on, working for about 5-10 minutes and then stopping with very, and i mean very, loud bang-like noise, like the fan was hitting something. Problem perstisted through the nights.

Although not a more than 3 star hotel, they have a nice service and spacious room and toilet. More than we expect, the hallway also spaciups and good design interior.

Some of flooring need to be fixed

free washing machine and dryer including the provided detergent, the room was nice, free water when we asked for it

cigarette smell in the hallway, dangerous location (told by local taxi driver) - but conveniently close to the train station

kind staff, comfortable beds, really clean, coffee and tea in the bedroom, nice desk to work, very close to the hotel with lots of options of restaurants

if you are visiting Jakarta for tourism is a bit far from main attractions (40-50 minutes) and a bit far from airport (1hour)
